KazuriSana got a reaction from debbiedoo in Help needed for single married mother plz
On the other hand, while not condoning the actions of the male, the OP went on to have a marriage knowing the male had a wife. His marriage having problems is not sufficient reason to justify marrying him in any form.

KazuriSana reacted to mcdull in I wore jeans to my oath ceremony.
"Honey, you sure you don't want to change?" My husband yelled as he was jumping out of the shower. "You look gorgeous in that cheongsam!"
"I am 100% sure!"
My husband was baffled. Why would I wear jeans at a such solemn event? on this very day I became an American?
little did he know, I wore it to honour my aunt, who was killed by the Chinese communists over a pair of blue jeans.
My dad escaped the Chinese civil war and arrived in Hong Kong, left behind two other siblings who remained in communist controlled China. Dad worked few odd jobs so that every time we visited our relatives, we would be able to bring necessities, be flour, rice, clothes, radio or even salt and sugar.
I still remember my dad's loud cry when upon returning to China, he learned my aunt had committed suicide, over the very pair of jeans he brought her from Hong Kong.
Only when I grew up, I heard the story from my cousin that auntie Mui lost her life to the heydays of cultural revolution, when every single wrong doing could land you in jail and every little mistake earned you a good beating. Jeans in all the madness became a gesture of contradicting supreme leader Mao and a symbol of supporting American Imperialism.
So her very friend and comrade stripped her and did the unthinkable and unspeakable in public. My aunt couldn't take the humiliation and took her own life the same afternoon.
As years go by, all my families escaped communist China and landed in Hong Kong, Aunt Mui was gone, but she was never forgotten.
And that is why I wore jeans, a indisputable symbol of Americanism at my oath ceremony, and if aunt Mui is above there somewhere watching over me, she knew I did it for her honour.

KazuriSana got a reaction from Roel in When can I mail out my I-751?
When calculating the 90 day period, it is not the expiration date that matters, it is the 'Resident Since' date that counts. So, use that, put your anniversary date here, and ship within the 90-day window.
Although the date they receive it is of most import, if you ship before your window opens, you will have to sign a date in the application that is before the window opens. They are not very dumb at USCIS.

KazuriSana got a reaction from johnbennett in Vacation in Canada
Why would you want to go to France in order to travel to Canada? There are flights from US to Canada (eTA is only for when you are arriving by air).
French citizens are required to apply for a Canada eTA visa to enter Canada on a short term basis (under 90 days) for general tourism, business, transit or medical purposes.
French citizens can expect their eTA application to normally be processed and approved within 5 minutes, and the authorization is sent by email in the form of a PDF document. There is no need to print or present any documents at the airport, as the eTA is stored electronically against the passport in the Canada Immigration system.

KazuriSana got a reaction from Amadia in Adjust mental Of Status
I did not giggle, I almost collapsed laughting . It is not just adjustmental, it is Adjust mental in the title. My first thought was, seriously, during my almost six-year visa journey the waiting and the uncertainty, and the stress, was so mentally taxing it was probably a total mentality adjustment.
On a more serious note, aren't children given 10-year GCs on first instance. OP mentions 2-year GC for the daughter. Also for the daughter, if minor, doesn't she go straight to citizenship (N-600) because the father is a USC?

It says 20 years. Period.

KazuriSana got a reaction from EM_Vandaveer in N400 filling eligibilty
Your wife has to already have been a USC for three years during that 90-day period, I believe.

KazuriSana got a reaction from TM92 in Wh House tour while I751 pending
Why would it be a problem? I toured the WH in 2000 on a B1/B2. I don't even think they asked for ID that time.
I don't think your I551 stamp is likely to get the metal detector sirens blaring!

KazuriSana got a reaction from David & Diana R in Emergency Travel Parole
Cancel flight and see if you can recoup a few cents. Otherwise if it was one of those non-refundable fares, then all you can do is see it go down the drain.
Another thing, if you need to go there to take care of siblings, that's not going to be a short trip. Are you going to abandon your AOS? You will need to attend interview, and even after you get the GC, you are still limited on how long you can stay abroad. So, I think, you have major decisions to make.

He may be your husband, but as far as USCIS is concerned, he is not. So, first things first -- get married.

KazuriSana reacted to Loren Y in N400 Application Question
Does this look like any " Law enforcement officer" you have had a conversation with. I personally wouldn't mention it, but I guess to be safe feel free to include it. Just yesterday I put a empty can of soda into my regular trash can and not the recycle bin. I'm a Baaaaad Man.

KazuriSana got a reaction from Orangesapples in cr1 expedite case
Pregnancy IN a marriage is pretty much a good proof of bona fide marriage. People in a sham marriage probably have never even seen each other's nakedness from 17 miles away, let alone done the deed that could lead into an accidental pregnancy.

KazuriSana reacted to Edem in cr1 expedite case
Well some of you here give misinformation I agree with you and I same time disagree with you because he is married to her and they have an on going relationship and she got pregnant she is pregnant for 7 months and you claim that's not an big evidence.

Read the Memo. Obviously this is aimed, in large part, to applications that are obviously ineligible.
"
Examples of cases where the issuance of a denial may be appropriate without prior issuance of an RFE or a NOID include, but are not limited to:
Waiver applications that require a showing of extreme hardship to a qualifying relative, but the applicant is claiming extreme hardship to someone else and there is no evidence of any qualifying relative; Family-based visa petitions filed for family members under categories that are not authorized by statute.
