hello everyone i am from pakistan my wife is US citizen but not pakistani combodian our case is exoedite bco my wife is pregnent and her carvix is shorter she is 7 years older then me divorce before but not children she visit me 6 times we marry in 19 novmber 2016 my question is that di they can put me on AP after interview bcoz my case is expedite

Yes. The expedite lets you skip the wait, but all the necessary steps still need to be completed.

Your wife is a US citizen.  She could come and go as she pleases.  Why do you think you should get an expedite?

What is your question?  Because it is difficult to understand.  Are you asking can you be put on AP?  Yes, you can be put on AP.

Visiting six times is good evidence of a bona fide marriage. Pregnancy is not. 

 

AP is for background and security checks on the beneficiary prior to the visa being issued.  How long that takes is unknown. It has nothing to do with how many times you have seen your wife or her pregnancy. It will take as long as it takes. Could be a day. Could be years.

Sounds like he has an expedite on the basis of a medical complication? Difficult to tell. Anyway nothing to do with AP.

Correct.  AP will be what it is. Perhaps they will also expedite the AP.  The expedite would have been granted based not only on pregnancy but a complicated pregnancy AND the lack of other support besides her spouse.

Never seen AP expedited and am reasonably certain that there is no such option.
