I need to apply for "Adjustmental Of Status" for my spouse and my step daughter. 

Which applications that I need send USCIS ? I also need to apply for Advance Parole. 

 

Please help me !!

After looking at your post history, I am confused.  Are you now a US citizen?  What is the legal status of your spouse and step daughter?

August 7, 2022: Wife filed N-400 Online under 5 year rule.

November 10, 2022: Received "Interview is scheduled" letter.

December 12, 2022:  Received email from Dallas office informing me (spouse) to be there for combo interview.

December 14, 2022: Combo Interview for I-751 and N-400 Conducted.

January 26, 2023: Wife's Oath Ceremony completed at the Plano Event Center, Plano, Texas!!!😁

February 6, 2023: Wife's Passport Application submitted in Dallas, Texas.

March 21, 2023:   Wife's Passport Delivered!!!!

May 15, 2023 (about):  Naturalization Certificate returned from Passport agency!!

 

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

You mean, adjustment of status. 

And check the Guide section. It takes less time to just Google it and you'd get USCIS website with all info available.

I am a US citizen. My spouse and daughter are currently with 2 yrs green card and their green cards are expiring in  early DEC 2018.

You ought to be using ROC or i751 from here on out.

Since they came on a spousal visa, the OP needs to remove conditions of his wife and child. Not adjust their status.

You need to change this title because it's not accurate. Also, you really need to do some reading and research about immigration procedures because you are obviously clueless of the system and a simple read of the forms and instructions on uscis website will make you informed.

Anyways, as said above, the application has to be Removing of Conditions and not AOS. Try reading into it.

I did not giggle, I almost collapsed laughting . It is not just adjustmental, it is Adjust mental in the title. My first thought was, seriously, during my almost six-year visa journey the waiting and the uncertainty, and the stress, was so mentally taxing it was probably a total mentality adjustment.

 

On a more serious note, aren't children given 10-year GCs on first instance. OP mentions 2-year GC for the daughter. Also for the daughter, if minor, doesn't she go straight to citizenship (N-600) because the father is a USC?

Assuming it is for a stepchild....they get a 2 year green card or not based on the 2 years of marriage as well. They would not get citizenship upon getting the green card either.

If it is a biological daughter, then they would have gained citizenship (if a minor) upon entering the US on the immigrant visa. At that point they would either apply for a passport and/or file an an N-600 (although the passport is far superior, faster, and cheaper than a naturalization certificate).
