Just wanted to update what I heard from USCIS about the online account for paper filers.
I was able to talk with an immigration officer yesterday and she confirmed she can see all my files (370+ pages) on her end, and she believed that was a glitch on my end for not being able to see all the files, she then suggested me to talk with a technical specialist. 
 
Today I talked with the technical specialist and she confirmed that she can also see all the file items on her end, and they even scanned my envelops... but she wasn't able to open them as she doesn't have the permission. Then she talked with her supervisor and told me that usually paper filers wouldn't be able to see the entire scanned files on their online accounts, the document section on online account is usually served for uploading documents if an RFE received.

I live in a compound. mailing boxes are all together in one place. do you think its better to write my name on a paper and stick it on the outer or inner side of the mailing box?

I don't know how long you've been around this forum but we have seen several cases where the greencard were never delivered because the new immigrant's name was not on the mailbox (several cases from back when I filed too, always apartment buildings). New immigrants have typically not lived in the US for long and probably don't get much mail in their name by then and the mailmen don't know them. Also, our neighborhood has several different mailmen, many have no idea who I am despite the fact that I have been living here for years now. 
 
OP, The name needs to go on the mailbox to make sure you have done everything you could to get this right. It's not a guarantee, but at least the mailman will have something to go by when the apartment number is missing.

If you are able to stay now in the US and being without working or traveling for several months, get married and adjust status!! It is perfectly legal due to the circumstamces and the fact that you did not commit fraud when entering the US because your original plan was to return to Canada.

Actually neither.   Your best option is to get married and file for adjustment of status.  You must remain during the process.

@sashKOT1 Hey mate everyone who has replied have provided some great information; 
When my fiancee submitted our application she provided, all of our passport stamps, all flight itineraries we could find (some have gone walkabout), written and signed statements from family and friends of meeting and saying we are a couple, written and signed statement  of intention from me saying that I wanted to marry her, hotel and travel receipts (which I had in my email we printed those off), receipt of engagement ring, screen grabs of conversation between us speaking about our feelings and relationship and as many photos we could find of us together and with her family (never got any of her with my family) which she put into a pdf file and had every photo timestamp, dated, a small detailed bulb of where the photos were taken, and who was in the photos.

Use the guides on here and the various other ones you can find on the internet and spend some time on looking into how others have been given advice but this very question this site is a gold mine if you give it the time of day.

Best of luck in collecting your evidence and re-submitting your application.
 
Collect the following if possible;
Boarding passes
Flight itineraries
Receipts of when together and of a engagement or wedding ring if you have it
Photos time stamped and dated 
Written and signed statements from friends and family (from both parties) stating the relationship is the real deal.
Proof of regular conversation between the two of you. 
 

Passport stamp is good. 
 
The reason the photo with her family is not acceptable is that it could have been taken yesterday or 5 years ago. No one knows when it was taken. Although it shows you have met, it doesn’t prove that the meeting took place in the last two years. That’s what they need from you. Understanding why the photo was insufficient might help you with what you can send that would be sufficient. 

Agree with this. But I recommend booking directly through the airline (online), third party might seem cheaper at first but beware if there’s a cancellation then they’ll give you the runaround...
Airlines (afaik) are responsible to put you on the next available flight to your destination if your original flight was cancelled. I’m sure those rules vary by country, but I was told (once in India, once in Europe) that they have to put you on the next available flight, regardless of airline (if you’re at the airport that is).

Girlfriend? An I-130 is for a spouse. You must be legally married. 

It is called derivative citizenship, her parents became citizen when she was under 18 so she could obtain her US passport. She needs to send in a copy of an unexpired US passport as proof of citizenship. You said it is expired now so she needs to renew it first, passport renewal is significant backlogged now due to pandemic so she has to wait until she has a renewed passport. If she sends I-130 without initial evidence of citizenship, they will reject her application.

Two options:
1. Submit the copy of the expired passport and hope USCIS accepts it. In the mean time have your wife apply for new passport so its copy can be provided in case USCIS asks for it later on.
 
2. File i130 after getting the new passport.

Hello All! Sent in my husband's application on March 26, but filed on an outdated form. Of course the application was rejected and returned to us. We sent it out again on April 30th and it is scheduled to arrive today. Hoping for the best!

We filed yesterday, I don't see any reason at all to wait. Better file now while the fee is low, before it goes up in October (if that's still happening.)

Everyone stay hopeful!  They are processing applications faster than you think!
 
I received my NOA2 in 49 days!!! And in 2 days got sent STRAIGHT to NVC and received my case number to pay fees & get started!!😧
I am very much in shock that this is flying by so quickly. 
 
Do not get discouraged..stay faithful and keep your hopes up during this time!!❣️

We applied for our K1 in January on the 16th it was received. We had our approval on the 14th April! Super quick

UPDATE found my password and logged into USCIS Account. Found NOA2 document confirming again Approved April 16, 2020

Everything is online and very easy to download. The mailing option is temporarily suspend. I just got mine. You can obtain this in less 20 minutes.

When you reply to your RFE, don't forget to add a copy of the letter they sent you on top of your response. They scan the barcode and that makes it easier to attach your response to the rest of the package. Good luck!
