Sponsored my husband and now divorce

I need some urgent help. I sponsored my husband on a fiancé petition and later sponsored three of his children to come to the United States from Mexico. After being married I found out what my children were telling me all along is true. I met him in Mexico and I am 22 years older than him. Soon after he arrived my only son died suddenly and during my grieving he tried to groom one of my daughters to have sex with him. He actually admitted to me that was true. I told him to leave and he did for a short while go to live with his brother in another state. He pleaded with me to come back and, unfortunately, I allowed him to. He has never contributed to the household even though he works and all he wants is my money which I have little of. I am now 76 years old and disabled. I finally told him I wanted a divorce but now, I read I will have to support him and his children for another 5 years. Does anyone know how I can get around this by filling a paper that claims states what he has done? I can’t afford an attorney. Thank you, in advance, for any advice you can give to me

He has been a permanent resident for five years and I never had the money to file for his citizenship. He and his 25 year old daughter who I also sponsored are both working and she just bought a new car while a drive a ten year old vehicle.

He is certainly eligible to naturalise, no need for you to pay.

Working then they are unlikely to be able to enforce the I 864

He may have acquired 40 quarters of contributions anyway.

He was grooming your daughter and u didn't report this???

no girl is safe around a man that would do this

not even his own daughters or neighboring girls or any granddaughters

report the incident  and let the police investigate

I think, perhaps, the word "grooming" wasn't quite the right word. OP is in their 70s - the daughter is most definitely an adult. It may be immoral and gross, but it is not illegal for a man to attempt to sleep with his adult stepdaughter.

That is how I read it, presumably in the 40 to 50 range. Not that different to Husbands age.
