I could not find enough details about cohabitation in what was written, might have existed, or not.  That is why I said details are missing, details will be important.  At first glance, I do not see a VAWA situation at all.  But were they not living in marital union because she was locked up in a dungeon, or because the USC changed their mind the evening of the wedding - that, I do not know...

I see I don’t qualify

Yes I was it expired. Hmmm you ask a lot of questions. I said above the spouse doubted me. The spouse divorced me quickly.

Yes, I ask a lot of questions because I have been on this forum for a while and over the years have seen certain patterns..

Telling me I’m lazy I need to do “better” putting me down verbally blocking me that won’t count ?

I am sorry that your relationship did not work but as you said that was only through text messages. From May to November what proof of a bonafide relationship do you have?

What visa did you come on? B-2? And what country are you from?

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

No it was a real marriage

The speed of you arriving, marrying and divorcing when added to the fact that you never cohabitated would suggest otherwise.

I can write you a statement. What does that tell you? They hold no water.

You're trying to grasp on straws here.

I was already in the us when I met my spouse. We knew each other a few months. Love happens quickly.

Your timeline however sounds like one of someone who married quickly for an immigration benefit.  And I suspect this is exactly how USCIS will see it.

Good luck. I hope you weren't married on your B-2 application too.
