If we met March. Married May, spouse filled for divorce November we didn’t live together I have texts showing arguments and where my spouse said they didn’t want to be in the marriage anymore they felt I wasn’t ambitious and we couldn’t be progressive and I can’t force them to petition for me accused me of not having my priorities right we argued a lot there’s some name calling on both sides but it’s in response to me being attacked I have a few pictures of us together on 4 different occasions because of the short relationship. With statements from friends and a strong declaration would I stand a chance at Vawa?

What do you mean by strong declaration?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Personal written statement of verbal/mental abuse

I would focus on hard evidence.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Sorry I’m just so helpless 😞

But you are not even in the US yet? Why would you want to move if your spouse is mistreating you?

I see it being advertised all over social media by lawyers like it’s so easy smh. What about if someone just wrote up a letter saying we lived together?

That is immigration fraud
