Case was approved today

lawfully says card  went into production October 13, 2022

Card should go to our lawyer.

WAC / California service center.

Congratulations! Seems like WAC is staying on top of things and finally getting around to October 2021 cases. Can’t believe it’s been a year now.

@Mike E congratulations!!!

thanks. I am far more elated than my wife who will get the 10 year card.  I’d budgeted $$$$ to file an APA / WAC suite if this went on another year. Now we can spend that money on something useful.

The specter of begging for I-551 stamps seems to have vanished.

N-400 filing scheduled for Halloween.

Was the last 5 digits of the case below or above 10000?

Interesting question:

WAC … 09xxx

It does seem like someone found the dilithium crystals and fixed   the warp drive. I was certain we’d be doing a combo interview.

Thank goodness for whoever did end up fixing the drive! I was also starting to feel like we'd end up doing an interview. Were it not for our newborn, we'd have filed N-400 earlier, but now we're targeting Halloween too (or whenever our baby learns how to sleep properly, which may be never).

Congrats Mike.  This kind of thing helps the rest of us keep the faith.

We will submit my wife's N400 online a week from Monday.  I expect no I751 miracle in the interim so hopeful of a combo.  If the stars are aligned properly next spring sometime.

Thank you.

With every petition I always second guess myself. And then out of no where they get approved.

Stay strong, and hit lawfully each day.

For some reason I did not yesterday and missed that a card had been ordered.

USCIS electronic notices never worked for our lawyer or us on this case.

Based on what we are seeing with this flurry of approvals, I think you should wait on N-400 until October 31.

Congrats, Mike. What's lawfully?

It's a smartphone app the purports to estimate case times. It is useful to me as a front end interface to store USCIS case numbers and check them. Unfortunately it does not pop up a notification if there has been a status change. Hence I missed yesterday's news that a card was being ordered.

Congratulations, Mike!! And thank you for the useful info. I filed my case in early December. It is WAC ...25xxx. This gives me hope that I might get the green card this year :)

Has any one been approved from the Texas Service center lately? They’ve had our application since 10/8/21 and there’s been nothing since 😕

Filed around the same time as you (Texas service center). Last update was in Jan 2020 showing fingerprints were reused and nothing since. Just waiting to file N400 in some days.
