The topic preface here in the first post in this thread is for marriage based AOSs. I don't know about any supplementary documents for your 131. Everything you need is listed in the preface.

Phhewww.. such a relief. Thank you again and again. ❤❤❤

Hello !
can anyone confirm this section2.  on I-485 form please ?
I’m on a K-1 visa and I think my selection should be (No) for section 2. Right ?

I think the answers should be YES, adjusting from k1 is family based category. I might be wrong though

Hey everyone! So my husband and I filed originally back in early May and then realized right after the package was received at USCIS that we had two out of date forms (I-485 and I-765).  We were also missing his long form birth certificate from Canada at the time so it was kind of a blessing when the package was returned.

We re-gathered all our evidence and mailed everything in on June 25th (with the bright green returned package page on the top) and got the texts confirming everything received on July 8th, with the filing fees showing up on my credit card the same day.

Excited for everything to be moving forward finally!

Thank you everyone in this group to help and support me.

We sent out our package today (07/12/2021) to Chicago address via USPS. The receipt reads, "Priority Mail 2-Day 1" and it also says Expected Delivery Date- Thu 07/15/2021.

Hope I did everything the right way.🙃

Good luck to everyone with AOS process in this group!! 👍👍

A bit of update here. I just got 2 notif by mail which is only for I-485 and I-131 (no I-765 and biometric schedule notif) yet. I hope the rest will arrive tomorrow even though I will be out of state started tomorrow. But it's all find because I found out my biometric appointment notice on myuscis.gov account.

Hey.. I just got 2 of em by today. And where should I see the service center ? If it's something on bottom left of the page, next to the barcode. Then it says National Benefits Center
