Yes. Because I apply for green card based on my K1 visa. And I married before 90 days of my arrival. So I didn't file I-130.

Did you file electronically That's whst IOE means.

No, I didn't. I sent it manually to chicago lockbox by USPS. So do you know why is it mentioning IOE instead ?

I just got married june 30 so im preparing the applications. i thought we didnt need the form i-864 anymore because of the new law about no public charge

You're thinking of I-944.

 

I-864 is still required.

Hi! Sorry it's me again. So I just randomly went to this page (linked below) AGAIN and realized that I didn't send out the suplementary doc for my I-131. I only sent out what it says on this topic's preface. Will my AP get rejected bcs of it ? :( @Sarge2155

I think if its Marriage based AOS application, then you dont need to provide any supplemental doc. I did not sent it either. Im adjusting from B2.

but lets see what others say.

The topic preface here in the first post in this thread is for marriage based AOSs. I don't know about any supplementary documents for your 131. Everything you need is listed in the preface.
