I have a question….I received a rfe for my green card. And one of the requirements was an original copy of employment statement.

Also in the end of the letter it says that i can submit everything online unless they ask for an original copy, then it has to be sent via mail. 
I saw most of you guys uploaded everything online. Did anyone has the same rfe? Did you uploaded it with no issues? Or should i just send it through usps

Save yourself from headache, just mail it with tracking so you have the proof in the future. It's difficult to prove anything uploaded online.

I received an email saying there was an update for my case...only there was no update! Emma confirmed that nothing has changed. I don't really understand how we pay so much for shoddy service. Any other business would have gone under ages ago.

 

The wait continues...

Update: at 4:30pm I got an update from Lawfully that the i485 was approved! Finally!!!

I have a feeling they messed up my last name. There is no dash (-) on my rfe and approval notice. I guess there will be no dash on actual card as well. Do i have to send it back with the correct form once u receive it?

Anyone has any idea of how long it will take to get my EAD COMBO CARD & GC?  Filled the AOS in July, got an RFE on the 1st of September 2022, sent response to RFE on the 16th of September,  case have been in same stage since then. Tnx u
