https://ceciva.uscis.gov/Alme/ you can find Emma USCIS chat on the top right corner of this page, you open it and she connects you to a USCIS agent if you type "live chat" and there you can ask about your biometrics or anything else related to your case numbers.

Hey guys. I just checked my case status and it says our interview has been scheduled but it does not mention the date.

Is there any way I can call and speak with a live agent that will tell me the date? We are waiting for the letter in the mail but anxious to know the interview date, lol.

Yes, use the USCIS chatbot (Emma) and ask to speak to a live agent. That's how I found out my appointment date and time before the letter arrived in the mail.

I see that your local field office is Detriot which is my local field office also. My case is ready to be scheduled for an interview as of Aug 2 after 5 days of my biometrics appointment. Hoping to get interview date soon.

@CarissaUSUK congratulations! Our case changed to ready to be scheduled for an interview on August 16th. Now we're just waiting for the interview notice!
