You do not need to do anything other than apply when they restart processing B visas.

I have a friend in the states that want to send me an invitation of for tourist there what and what do I need please

An invitation is not considered in granting or denying a tourist visa.  You will be granted or denied a tourist visa based on your ability to show strong ties to home; meaning to have to show reasons why you would return home after visiting the US.

You need to apply for a visitor visa.  Follow the links on the US Embassy's website in your country.

It wont really.

You need to show them a business,a property or some account balance to show you are a well established man and you are only going to the states to visit.

Lots of people are married and have kids who they leave behind to illegally live and work in the US, so I can not tell you if that's enough.  The only way to know if you have enough strong ties is to apply.

No.   A Brazilain woman (teacher) applied for a tourist visa (2 children and husband who was a policemant) ,  owned their own apartment

she just wanted to  visit family here

she was denied

she had proof of family (not traveling out of Brazil) and owned property and had a job to return to

some embassies are very very strict and very hard to get tourist visa

and a letter of invitation is not accepted as any type of proof to grant a visa

Show that you have property, or that you have a job in your home country, own a business, etc.  Something that shows strong ties with your home country.

Lots of fraudsters from Nigeria, this will make it almost impossible for you to get a visa if the only tie you have is "spouse and kids".

You need to convince the Consulate Officer that you will return to Nigeria after the visit in the US.  Unfortunately, that is going to be an uphill battle.

I know someone that left decades ago with wife and kids as a tie.  He has been sending his earning back but has not seen them in those decades. THe officers know Nigerians are willing to leave the wife and kids to stay in the US.   They have heard that story thousands of times and know not to believe it.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
