Thanks for your reply,

Everything is paid and accepted in my account. I was under the assumption that I was DQ back in October when we had submitted all our documents. Very upsetting to say the least.

I would go to the nvc forums and confirm with people. Pretty sure you are DQ

If you don't mind me asking, what is the nvc forums? Do you have a link

Go to the VisaJourney home page and click the Forums tab at the top of the page. It will take you to all the forums for every kind of question you have. Just scroll through and you will see the NVC forum along with many others that may help you.

Unfortunately, I do not believe you are DQ'd yet.  But you are likely very close!  Below is a quote from https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html

Current case review time: As of 11-JAN-2021, we are reviewing documents submitted to us on 12-OCT-2020. Please note, as result of April 22, 2020 Presidential Proclamation, we are reviewing documents for cases not subject to the travel restrictions first.

Before the National Visa Center reviews your case, you must pay all fees and submit all required documents, such as:

  • Petitioner’s Affidavit of Support;
  • Supporting financial documents;
  • Applicant’s DS-260, and
  • Applicant’s civil documents.

Agreed. @zor435, when I was going through the NVC stage I remember a fair amount of people who had everything paid/accepted but were not DQ'd. There will be a message in CEAC if you are DQ. If there isn't, and there isn't a message stating that they need additional information, I'd wait until your date passes what is stated on the timeline page linked above and then call the NVC for clarification if you still don't have the message saying you are DQ'd.

I am not a lawyer and nothing I say is or should be taken as legal advice.

Hi everyone!

I’m a long time lurker on this sub but I finally made an account to get in on the action! My wife and I were DQ’d August 11, 2020 and would love to be added to the spreadsheet.

Could use some help with this.....my husband just renewed his Canadian passport and now has a new passport number which will be different from the one used during this process from the beginning. His interview is in a couple of weeks and we also just realized his old number was used when we registered for the courier service. How can we fix this and will it cause us any problems? Just started thinking about this...

Unfortunately we don’t have the old one as they didn’t send it back

with his new one but we do have a copy of the biometrics page from it if that works. Thanks!
