Congrats.  I submitted 11/10 and still haven't heard anything from them.  Did you submit everything in one time?

Thanks!  No, I started 2 weeks before the final submit day.

still waiting the sad part is i cant get hold of NVC to know when they received my case . it keep saying customer service is busy and cuts off the line

 

have send them 4 email nothing.

just keep trying. Email they are behind right now. But keep calling everyday and wait at least 30 minutes to one hour or more if you can.

Our CR1 Journey:

 

USCIS Stage:

  • Feb 14 2019: NOA1 (NSC)
  • July 31 2019: I129f NOA1
  • Sep 19 2019: I129f NOA2 (Denied - 50 days from NOA1)
  • Sep 19 2019: I130 NOA2 (Approved - 217 days from NOA1)

 

NVC Stage:

  • Sep 27 2019: Sent to Department of State
  • Oct 31 2019: Case number received (34 days since sent)
  • Nov 1 2019: IV & AOS fees received & paid
  • Nov 14 2019: IV & AOS submitted
  • Dec 18 2019: All docs accepted, but one additional doc requested (5 weeks from submission)
  • Dec 18 2019: Requested doc submitted
  • Feb 19 2020: Documentarily Qualified (9 weeks from 2nd submission, 14 weeks from first submission)

 

Interview Stage:

  • Mar 11 2020: Interview letter received
  • Apr 1 2020: Interview date
  • Mar 17 2020: Interview cancelled due to COVID-19
  • August 3 2020: Rescheduled letter received, new appointment August 25 2020
  • August 25 2020: Visa approved at interview! (558 days from NOA1)
  • September 10 2020: Embassy received passport in mail
  • September 15 2020: Passport with visa in hand

 

October 11 2020: Arrived in US!

thats what i keep doing its just driving me crazy ... have called at 7am many times and its same.will try the 8 and see.

They're open till midnight, so it's best to try later at night and then keep hanging up and trying again until you hear a ringtone. That will get you past the busy message. Then, prepare to wait on hold for awhile.

Just got off with NVC. I submitted all my stepdaughter's papers on 11/07/2019 and then on 11/14/2019 I submitted another copy of her BC because I noticed the bottom was cut off. The agent informed me that the submission date they are using is the 14th not the 7th.  She gave the same song and dance about how they are working on October submissions.  I asked why is it that someone I know of submitted on 11/11/2019 and they were approved today.  She said she has no idea.  Basically, I have to keep reminding myself everything will be complete when it's complete :clock:

it depends on the country and how backlog they are. I submitted mines on 7th and still no answer yet. Btw how long did you have to wait on hold to get answer from nvc
