i think you should call uscis is much faster than waiting for email replies.

Yes the only way to know if your case is received is by calling them. We waited a month for our case number. I hope you’ll get yours soon🙏.

They go by the most recent submission date, not the first, so if you upload and submit a document after the other documents they will go by that instead. NVC does like to skip around though it seems seeing how some people get DQ after as short as a few hours, so who knows at this point 😂

Each of us have CEAC account and our documents still not reviewing, if we upload any documents now, when they start reviewing our documents the new document aleady there. I believe will be not problem. But who know how they work in our cases

I agree with you, I have seen so many variations and I have no idea what to believe. I am following a woman on YouTube that had her documents reviewed on the 5th day after her 1st submit and that she needed to resubmit one of documents... Then all her documents were approved a week later

Yeah, it is really strange. We have been waiting almost 4 weeks now and I am hoping that it won't be too much longer! NVC is so frustrating

I hope you get your DQ soon, and I wonder if the process will ever get easier in the future. I feel like technology should be on our side, but I know that there are so many applications and only so many humans to provide services at the NVC

I made the payment Saturday morning. However, the payment has not left my account as of right now. Is this normal or should I be calling NVC?

It's normal. It will take 2-3 business days before they take the payment out of your account. Since you paid on a weekend, that count starts today (Monday). Then, it can take another 1-3 days after it's taken from your bank before it shows as paid

Yeah normal, it’s only Monday in USA.. give it until Friday before calling, it will likely leave account tues, then a couple of days for NVC to process

I have read a little about this already. However, still want to ask. Is selection of agent no longer a requirement? Or is that done once the fees are processed?

Not used anymore, don't know why they haven't just taken it off CEAC though

It’s NA ignore it... unless of course you have a lawyer doing this for you
