Hi VJ family,

I just want to see if anyone submit documents in November and get DQ today yet?  I'm just curious and wants to give myself some hopes that mine is coming soon.  I submitted my documents on 11/8 and 11/10.

As of the 9th of Dec they were reviewing documents submitted on October 21st. I would say you still have a few weeks ahead of you before you hear anything.

Mine was last submitted Oct 23rd and I am still waiting. For context.

We might get DQ in the same time since our submission aren’t too far apart

I have two potentially silly questions.
1. Has anyone heard of docs being rejected for being in black and white instead of colour?

2. How often are docs not reviewed even though the date they were submitted is past the "currently reviewing" date posted by the NVC? We're still a week or so away from when our date will be processed, but I haven't been able to find anything about if going past that date means there's a problem, or if it's a totally normal thing to go past that date.

Thanks!

I am not a lawyer and nothing I say is or should be taken as legal advice.

Yeah we are doing the same. Sometimes I wonder, "what if they want this? what if I need a better of that?", but I don't want to risk resetting the clock if I end up not needing what I am worried about so we are just waiting too

I hope they don't ask for anything. I think even they want something from us will be faster than we upload some documents now.
