You have to declare arrests on the I-130. Unless it's changed since I petitioned for my husband in 2011.

We didn’t in 2016. My husband has done time in state prison and we didn’t have to mention anything.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Why force the untrue information onto my family? Why force the arrest information? Why force the false information onto my life? Why does this information have to keep causing my life issues.

On to your family? Your family has no way of knowing unless you tell them. USCIS doesn't call mommy and daddy to report what's on your immigration forms.

Are you for real? I smell a troll.

You can let the government use false information about you.. not me.. I will not stand by and let then use false information on me. Judge me on untrue judgment. I don't have to even explain it.. I don't have to mention it. It just is.  Can't be used against me. They are forcing it on me. With all arrest history. Knowing that that's a illegal statement.. knowing that it will effect me.. then they want it in the packet to involve my wife? That's messed up..why is this untrue information keep being used against me..I'm not in politics.. I have rights. I'm a us citizen.. live and work her with no criminal record besides false information.

Please remember they will do an extensive background check on you. They are here to protect the interest of themselves and the foreign fiance. They don't really give two cares for you in particular, but they have to cover their tail.

See now people are calling me a troll.

People are calling you a troll because you consistently and repeatedly refused to answer questions that would help clarify the case. Let's try again:

  • Where was this called "untrue bill?"
  • What exactly do you expect out of this forum? You seem to just keep repeating same thing over and over again, ignoring people responding to you.
  • What do you intend to put on 129F?

Then you get no K1. You think it all is a game and it is not. You either answer like you are supposed to or not , either way you face the consequences of YOUR actions or inactions

Just scanned through the I-130 on USCIS website and no question about arrests. Only asks if the beneficiary was ever subject to deportation or removal proceedings. Obviously I knew my husband’s full background and went to the interview with a full transcript of his J&S.

You people already think it's TRUE.  Proving my point it effects people. Is harmful information.. has no place in the immigration process..

It doesn't matter what we think. It matters what the government thinks. If you have ANYTHING on your record saying you cyberstalked a person, unless it's followed up by "THIS INFORMATION WAS PROVED TO BE FALSE AND ALL CHARGES DROPPED", then I'm sorry, but to the government you Cyberstalked a person.

If you aren't ready to follow the law, don't bother with immigration. If you feel that the law is on your side, hire an immigration lawyer.

Also note repeating the same thing over and over doesn't make it true or correct. If you want people to believe you, you will need to find a law or case files that talk about "Untrue Bills", because even basic google searched bring nothing up.

You want to not be a troll, prove you're not a troll.

So what you're saying is that you have a criminal record but that you dispute the information in your criminal record?

Once again, they will do a background check on you NO MATTER WHAT. There is no hiding it, even if you think what caused the arrest was false, if it's obtainable, they will find it.

No one is forcing anything - you can move to her country and see about their background checks and security laws.

How is it used against you? I suggest you contact a lawyer. And then find a way to calm down.

This.

No matter what, if something on the record, report it. No one else in the family is going to find out. If . decide not to show it, the background check will pop up and get RFE'd or get denied for not proving it.

I'm sure there is a lot more worse stuff than what OP situation. OP need to relax, it isn't opening a can of worm.
