Where did you send the papers? I sent it to Lewisville, TX

I was going to call them tomorrow but now going to wait until Thursday. It seems like people are hearing within a week. My wife's CR1 expires the following week. So, we are very nervous.

My status finally was updated to “new card is being produced”. I filed on March 3,2019!

Got a text message this morning that there was a case update .. status changed to "Card is Being Produced"   Our case was at LIN (Nebraska).   -David

I just checked the status and guess what, approved!! I filed on March 29 and my service center was LIN. Approved with no interview or RFE.

Arizona. Same, trying not to worry about it too much just yet, easier said than done!

Hi! I will be sending off my application 03/15/2019. I have a question - Can I do one check for $680 or do I need to do one for $595 (app fee) and one for $85 (bio metrics)? Also do you guys send a copy of your marriage certificate?

Hey guys, i have sent out our i751 package on Friday, March 8 to Arizona from California and have not heard anything yet, I hope everything goes well as my GC expires on 17th. Feeling much releived now after getting rid of that heavy bundle lols. all the best March filers, need your well wishes :)

one check as already mentioned above.

 

Although I included a copy of my marriage certificate, I'm not sure they needed it because it was also filed with our original Adjustment of Status application from Yanisa's K-1 visa.

 

Anyway, presumably you already have copies and translations if necessary and you can easily submit another copy. It won't hurt to include it.

I looked at my bank account this morning and USCIS have cashed the check. Now just waiting on text/email confirmation and the actual NOA...I had confirmed delivery but it's reassuring to know it definitely got to the right place and things can slowly start moving forward ☺️

Good luck! We also are living in California, filed in Arizona. Mailed it 3/2, and received the extension letter yesterday. Your letter should be coming soon!

5/12/16- Interview. Approved!

5/16/16- After a few days saying administrative processing, CEAC now says issued!

Additional snafu: my fiancé came over on his visa, but just a month later (and the day before we were going to get married) he had an emergency that necessitated him returning to China.  I contacted the Guangzhou consulate via their email system, provided the requested documents/proof, and he was granted a second interview for "reissuance."  He had to re-do the medical, redo the interview (bringing yet another copy of all of the things he had to bring the first time) and we were approved again!  He received what looked like a new visa in his passport, but the original 90 day countdown for marriage was still ticking.  He came back to the US and we got married right away!

8/22/16- Married!

5/2/17- USCIS website updated to "My card is being produced!"
