Consulate Review: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Review Topic: General Review
Event Description
Review Date : November 30, 2016
Embassy Review : I'd like to share my experience with you VJ's community and for these new couples will join in the future. However, I got an email on 9th of AUG that my case arrived to the embassy and they are waiting for me to submit the packet 3, due to I was overseas visiting my fiance's family I was a bit late to send them the packet 3 on 29th of SEP. The packet 3 contains DS-160 confirmation page, 2 photos 5x5 and page with a copy of your passport.

Then I've been waiting till 12th of OCT, I got an email from the embassy already assigned my interview date for 25th of OCT. I immediately took a copy of that email and went to make the medical examination at Abuzinada Hospital, it's better to call before you go because sometimes they are many applicants in the line up might before you. anywho, I did all examinations and I had to come back the next day for some vaccinates shoots. They called me back after 4 days to collect the result of the test, I was all ready for the interview.
important things shouldn't be forgotten:

-original Birth Certificate plus a copy.
-Police Clearances.
-Military records, if applicable.
-Provide proof of relationship between Beneficiary and Petitioner.
-MRV fee receipt of $265/ SR1,007. This must be paid by going to www.ustraveldocs.com
-Another 2 Photographs (2”X2”).
-Medical Report.
-Evidence of financial support (Form I-134 Affidavit of Support, may be requested).
-w-2 forms petitioner's taxes.
-Valid Passport.
-Termination of prior marriages if applicable plus a copy.

here the date of interview 25th of OCT, I arrived at Riyadh @ 7:00 am my interview time was 12:30 pm. there is Starbucks near by the embassy, I have been waiting till interview came and I was by the door earlier only 10 minutes DON'T go there before that they will not let you enter before your appointment time only 10 minutes.
the desk guy took my passport and DS-160 confirmation page ensure my name in the list there then told me welcome.
a normal check up before you enter the embassy then I went inside and got a number and seated for my turn after 15 minutes the CO called my name and here the interview took a place and started to ask the frequent questions regarding my fiance and myself, then I seated and another CO called me and asked me similar questions to the first one. after that he told me to do an oath, I seated again then the first CO handle to me the violence domestic pamphlet and told me we will send your passport when it's ready.

i asked him what' the result of interview he told me CONGRATS which made me yaaaaaay super happy. after the interview I went under AP for 3 weeks then my visa issued thanks Allah.

Always have a faith and trust in Allah! he's always the greatest!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
