I sent two — one from my husbands mother, and one from a mutual friend of ours we’ve known for many years and hang out with all the time.

I read somewhere it is only needed if you didn’t have enough evidence. 

 

But, If am not mistaken, i read it in USCIS website 

 

but, there are other people who didn’t submitted affidavit but passed.

March 2019 Filers. I did not include affidavit as well but included a Notarized letter stating the reason why I did not include such affidavit.

 

Removal of Conditions

03/04/19  Sent ROC package to Dallas, TX

03/06/19  Delivered to Dallas TX , Signature required

03/07/19  Received by USCIS with Signature

03/11/19  Received text message from USCIS stating original receipt to follow in mail and a receipt number starting with EAC.

03/14/19  Received NOA and GC extended for 18 months

the two places to file the i-751 are lockboxes and the i-751 is eligible for credit card payment. You didn't screw up. Other people paid by credit card and I filed mine with the credit card payment form as well. It was also a surprise to me that we could pay by credit card now.

Got the NOA letter today after sending everything in March 5.

Woohoo! NOA arrived in the mail today. Definitely feeling relieved. Now the loooooong wait begins...😂

USCIS just texted me tonight, saying that they have received my application and that I-797 (NOA) is on the way! Also, I updated my signature.  I guess that technically means my NOA date is today.

NOA arrived today! Although when I try to put my receipt number (EAC etc.) into USCIS Case Status Online I get the following message:

• My Case Status does not recognize the receipt number entered. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283.

 

I've triple checked it to make sure I'm putting in the right number. Has anybody else had this issue?
