I agree with everyone else, however, that you have more to overcome than just the marriage challenge.  From a novice standpoint, I would suggest an attorney and fast!

The G-325 is not going to tell you anything new.  The US Government is accusing him of not listing 2 prior wives.  That's not going to be on the G-325.  Spending time redacting names and posting it on here will now help.

Family Registration Certificate.  It list all in your household and who is connected to your CNIC.  

 

Even if you have updated your CNIC recently you should still sit down at the office and review any prior changes in case there is a discrepancy anywhere.

I havnt married twice I only married once with my wife

I will go tomorrow and find out but when I update my wife name on my identity card that was single status before doing that

Could there have been confusion at the interview regarding how you answered questions that could have made the officer misunderstand you were speaking about her marriages and not yours? Either way at this point you need an attorney not advice from us. You are way past DIY at this point I think.

the problem is FRC only works if you register your marriage, many marriages are not registered, so this may not solve the issue

First, the accusations of anybody lying is not helping. USCIS didn't just decide to pick your case and say you were married. Something - correct or incorrect - triggered a hit of having previous wives. It could be a mistake. You would need to show evidence that you are only married once when you respond to the NOIR.

A NOIR response should generally involve input from a good immigration lawyer. In your case specifically, I highly advise having one.

 

The other several points are the bigger issue IMO. It sounds like very little evidence of a bona fide marriage was submitted, and that's a tough hurdle to overcome.

Very true hopefully OP does not have non registered marriage confused with no marriage.

@Sparrow I have seen this mistake by CO  happen. CO's do make horrid mistakes that mess up peoples lives. 

 

I believe they got your wifes info mixed and thought you omitted information. What you need to do in your NOIR (I have help write many) you need to go line by line at each denial point and address it with evidence.

 

For the "been married twice" have for that evidence your wife's G325a and your's to show her marriages attach again her two divorce decree's. Show your evidence of single-hood(bachelorhood) whatever to show it's their error. Explain you have never before been petitioned or filed for any other visa previously.

 

See,s your wife's petition package was very lacking. I pray all this time there were multiple visits so you need to show in Visa Stamps, boarding passes, show the chat's, IM's, posts from social media since the beginning of the relationship.

 

Pictures with family (especially your parents) and friends, wedding, events, different venues.

 

Affidavits from family and friends like 3 or 4 to speak to the bonafides of your relationship.

 

Does she have kids? what about your communications with them? show that.

 

If you have joint accounts here or there show it. She should have done taxes married filing separate show that.

 

Now is not the time to hold back. You get one chance with a NOIR.
