Sure will do that...

one more thing i already got my NBI clearance from Philippines last year of september when i had my vacation...

now it will expire this coming 28 of september 2018...do i need to get a recent NBI clearance? I will probably schedule my interview this coming August.. i still have a month from my interview before it expire...

Thank you so much @Greenbaum

USEM does not except CENAMOR or NBI clearances more than 6 months a hold. They require all AKAs be search. See below for additional information.

NBI CLEARANCE (Green Form): Applicants aged 16 years and older must have a valid Record Clearance (for travel abroad purposes) from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI). Clearances should be in the applicant’s current name, birth certificate name, maiden name, married name, and any aliases or nicknames ever used, including different spellings of all names ever used. An official letter of explanation from the NBI is required for any notation of “No criminal record”, or "No pending case”. For immigration purposes, an NBI clearance is considered valid only for one year from the date it is issued. You may contact NBI at (632) 523-82-31 to 38. The NBI website is http://www.nbi.gov.ph.

Are you going to have your K-1 adjudicated in the Philippines? If so, you should change your profile to reflect the correct country otherwise you could very well get the wrong information. Just saying.

Just got an email with our case number! Showing in transit to London! So excited, but my poor fiance is working and can't look at his phone to read about the news. My motivation to work the rest of the day just flew out the window :D

I never bothered to call (people call me all day and I ignore them so I don't need karma to come back and bite me) so I have no idea when my case arrived to the NVC.

how many business days did some of you wait until you got your new case number?

As I mentioned, I didn't call at all. Online, my NOA2 is July 6. Hard copy is July 5. Got my new case number today via email. So roughly 11-12 business days depending on how you look at it.
