Marrying won't help. They will deny the CR1 on the ground you didn't provide proof that all previous marriages are terminated.  After all she did say under penalty of perjury that she was married.

Your relatives in the US only show reason why you may not leave.  Your past travels show you are responsible with the visas you have.  It is more important to know what will make your family leave the US than why you want to enter.

There is a VAWA thread on this board with a very qualified attorney that you can ask if what you are going through is "enough"

Please if you even suspect that any of the very young females you have seen are underage, report him.  I was sexually abused as a child and hope you take the lead in stopping this man.

Your parents have an entire lifetime of friends and memories where they are.  Many are more bound to that than the desire to move somewhere new to be with a child that may spend a good part of most days  working.  Many parents can visit easily and that actually may be cheaper than moving.  Some parents may find the grand kids a delight but may no longer have the coping ability to deal with them as a full time baby sitter.   Each case is so different.  The biggest thing should always be , what do your parents want.

No   you need to have an EAD in hand before you can work or a green card.  A  newborn child can get a social security number but they are not permitted to work either ( well except narrow cases for acting and modelling )

If your mother comes to the US she would have to become a US citizen to file for a married child.  That would take at least 5 years ( she can file in 5 but it takes time to process and pass the tests  and have an oath )  Assuming that adult children visa is still available then , she could file after her oath,  which would make her about 80.  From the Philippines the adult child class is granting visas at the same pace as siblings.  Currently they are working petitions filed in June of 1995,  and the line is linger not shorter than it was then.  So your petition would be at the head of the line in an additional 23 years, making your mother 103 before you could come ( assuming she or you don't die first )

The K1 stamp pre dated the current verification  ( E-Verify) so it would be of no use.   It actually ended about 8 years ago .

Have you thought of posting on a homesteading group on say face book .   There are a lot of people trying to go back to the simple life and finding they need a bit more money than planned.   They might be a more productive group than the average teen.    Or stop my some farm where you see some young person throwing hay off a wagon.  I bet they have a better idea of what work is.

You could withdraw support for adjustment of status but ROC is her petition and you have no say  ( other than you are still obligated to the affidavit of support you signed )
