Yeah that’s not Trump, that’s almost certainly because she can’t afford to sponsor you, and that’s not going to change with a CR1/spouse visa.  Does she have someone who can be a joint sponsor?

not needed but you should be keeping copies of all things (applications and correspondence from immigration) 
when you apply for the next round ,  there are quesitons asked that need to match the petition and it gets harder and harder to remember all things like work history dates  for example 
keep things until fiancee gets citizenship and then have a big bonfire like i did or shred it all as too much personal info is there

Your timeline is not complete either, and we are not fortune tellers. Last, you’re using the Lawfully app, which has nothing to do with USCIS. So don’t bother analyzing it; instead, focus on the reason for the denial and work on it for your CR1. Be proactive and use your energy wisely.

@xxlian I had both of them on the same day. In the very early morning I went to the lab for x-ray and blood for this one specific disease, from what I remember it wasn’t a long wait.
 And the same day at 2 pm I had a visit to the doctor for medical. 
So again- I would just call the lab and double check how long your fiancé would have to wait for results in the lab. 
I remember that I had to wait a little just after the medical at the doctor but the lab gave me everything the same day ( in Warsaw). 
 
important note: my lab visit in Warsaw was in August 2020 and I didn’t need appointment for that- they told me over the phone it’s a walk in

I had my interview in Warsaw in April and I brought some pics with dates and places written in back side of them, printed call logs showing we have been in touch all that time before interview, my pics from website where we met with messages and what's app messages, but they didn't ask to show anything from it. The CO only took affidavit if support, birth certificate translation, tax return and that's all. Don't over think! If your relationship is real they won't ask any additional info! They are super good in Warsaw! Good luck!

We haven't had any visits since the pandemic either. We're planning on compiling some of our messages and call logs. We have so many that we will definitely have to condense them. She is thinking of bringing some of the letters I've written to her. We've also considered having a supportive family member write a letter of support for us.

To my understanding, no, it doesn't have to be the "wet" signature, but it must be signed by the actual petitioner (you cannot sign for them), and it has to be physically (not electronically) signed. Getting the petitioner to sign it and scan it to send to you should work just fine.

We got our instructions from the embassy today, so soon we'll be getting ready to schedule the medical exam and then the interview.
