This thread was created for those who are waiting for their NOA2 K-1 case assignment from NVC and then tracking your case on wards to your Embassy.  Contained in the PDF below are many tips, tricks and hacks to help you along the way.

These are items that everyone asks for, so I thought I just post a PDF of them here for you to refer to when it's necessary. If you are new to this thread please read as these are most asked questions multiple times.

We got an email from the NVC today informing us that our case had been processed and forwarded to the embassy. It's currently at the "In Transit" stage.

This was only 21 days after the NOA2 approval! Much faster than expected (which is a rare thing to say in this process). They received it, processed it, and sent it onward less time than it takes for most people to even get confirmation that it was received.

Not sure if this is a sign that they're working overtime to move things or if we just got really really lucky!

01/14/22 - I-131, I-485, I-765 submitted

01/18/22 - NOA for all received

02/14/22 - Biometrics Appt for I-485 and I-765

02/28/22 - Expedite request submitted for I-765

03/22/22 - I-765 approved and combo card is being produced

03/26/22 - Combo Card received in mail

05/16/23 - I-485 interview

05/17/23 - I-485 approved

My Noa 2 was 7 Jun and it is now ready on 22 Jun.  MUCH faster than I thought.  But now wonder how long until they send the p3.

Hey good morning when did you follow up with NVC to see if your case was received by NVC? One week after NO2 etc?
Thanks for any answer you can give

Got our NoA2 on June 15 and my fiancé already received the letter too on June 22 .

So I guess it's waiting time for their email (NVC) now.

Got my approval on Friday after an RFE. I need to update the embassy since my fiancé is no longer living where she was when we applied. How soon can I contact the NVC after NOA2 to make this change? I want to catch it before it gets sent to the wrong embassy. Thanks!

Do I get a notification when its time for NVC to send our application to the embassy?

Since getting approved, my fiancé's address has changed ( same city just different address) will that need to reported to the NVC

Not sure what to prepare now ahead of time
