  7. Tax returns are evidence of past income, not current. Evidence of current income are most recent paystubs and an official employment letter from your employer stating your salary.

  10. It will not be a problem. I also marked “Yes” to receive an SSN card on both I-485 and I-765 even though I already had one. Half the time they don’t even send one which was the case for me. I had to physically go and get the “Valid with DHS authorization” removed after receiving my GC. No problems there either.
