  1. USCIS clearly prefers the change of address to be submitted in myUSCIS: “We strongly encourage you to submit your change of address to USCIS through a USCIS online account. ” https://www.uscis.gov/addresschange I did this in December through my USCIS account and haven’t thought about it since.

  3. Many people visit the US during the process without issues. It’s still a non-immigrant travel program. Yes, she should absolutely carry proof of ties that would compel her to return should she be asked for it by CBP. In reality only US citizens and maybe Green card holders are guaranteed entry in to the US.

  14. They will also send a notice of receipt. This took several weeks to receive in the mail.
  15. All question regarding Tirana consulate, including wait time for interview, wait time for appointment, how far they book etc - all related questions regarding this will stay in this thread and they are not to be restarted in a separate thread.
  16. Another duplicate removed. Do not start multiple threads on a topic/question as that’s spamming. Repeated violations will result in admin action. VJ Moderation
  17. We see a lot of denials for Vietnam here. It’s considered a high fraud country. I don’t recommend filing for K1; I’d go with CR1 instead. However, whatever path you choose, you need to spend significant time in person with your fiancé to overcome another denial. I would even seriously consider moving there, especially that you have a previous denial for the reason that the consulate didn’t believe your marriage was bona fide (i.e., they thought it’s only to gain an immigration benefit).
