It's a bit suspect that as soon as the new baby was born she wants to go visit the US again, makes it look like they are all planning to move to the US for good.

You are overthinking. Forget about the status, until a visa is approved then it's either refused or in AP. There is no obligation for the status to be correct or updated every day.
 
Anyway it's just a tourist visa, not something life changing, plenty of other places in the world to visit.

I never understand people who call someone they have never met their boyfriend or girlfriend. How on earth can you commit your future to somebody you have never physically seen. Crazy.

That's a very odd way of looking at it. It's really simple - ask him the questions and fill in with the answers he gives. Really simple.

She doesn't even have the B2 yet..rest of your questions are pointless.

You really don't understand the process. By applying for a B2 visa you are automatically assumed to want to overstay - that's the law. It's up to you to show that you won't. Regardless of your own personal story, reasons, whatever, if you don't show ties to your home country you won't get approved. And you simply don't appear  to havese ties, that's all there is to it.

Just seen your other post asking if it's ok to say she will stay for 3 weeks but actually stay for 3 months.
 
That shows you have no respect for the US, are desperate to get her to come under any circumstances, and dont deserve to have her approved. Hope she is denied.
