There really isn't much you can do.  They shouldn't have let you interview if they didn't have your petition.   If you don't get a resolution quickly you can contact your congressperson.

Just Paul got a reaction from Sea Leslie in Age Gap
Age Gap, beneficiary's country norms, different religions, marrying on the first visit, high fraud countries, are all things that, to some extent, can be offset with face to face time.  Of course the less red flags the better.

For Jamaica, as long as you have spent a good amount of time together, there shouldn't be much of an issue with age gap.  Think totality of the circumstances being presented.

Apparently you done a concurrent filing before, 10 years ago?  Another new spouse from South Africa?

Without knowing what country the timeline is hard to predict. 7 to 12 months for USCIS, 1 to 3 months for the NVC and 1 to 12 months for the consulate.

He is not interviewing for a green card.   The interview is for an immigrant VISA.   The green card comes after entering the US and paying the fee.

Seems like a lot of work just to trick getting a J1.   She has ESTA so she could visit a few more times and then you can get the appropriate visa.   With a J1 or even ESTA, immigrant intent has to be overcome.  Having a flat and furniture isn't enough to make someone want to return.

Already did.  You didn't bother to give the relevant facts and based on your timeline it is not clear what you are really doing.  A concurrent filing is the I-130 package and the AOS package.   The AOS package is preceded by the I-130, not the other way around.

Put the address you are at now if you do not have a future address leased/rented.

Just use the word "Emergency" and they will accommodate or someone will come out and schedule you.

It been a while since I have been to any of the "stans" but last time I was at ISL, I was told to arrive 2 hours ahead and got the full TSA check and pat down.

OP: you cousin cannot get an appointment at ACS and they specifically state that visa/green card issues are checked at CEAC.  There is nothing that can be done about AP.

Definitely not a good amount of time.   The more face to face time the better.  Comingling of assets, being on each other's life insurance, anything else showing acts of being married submitted?

You can't file the taxes without their SSNs.   You can calculate out the amount of tax that would be due of you had the SSNs and file an extension.   You still need to pay any taxes due on time.  Alternatively you file MFS and do an amended return later.

I'd really like to see USCIS start approving K3 petitions so we can hear how miserable the beneficiary is having to AOS.

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do now but wait.   Did your fiancee meet you more that once during the visit?  Did she meet your family?  Did she ahve your mother's blessing?

This was very bad to do.  Immigration will not conform to any plans.

I rarely travel on work with a single laptop. Next month, for a conference in Manila, I will have two laptops, three cell phones, two Raspberry Pi computers, a mini projector, a mifi hotspot and a tablet.  And that's for a week.

I'm hoping to get sentenced to 6 hours at the pier lounge in Hong Kong and get a foot massage and some duck.
