Why on earth did you submit your I-129F without a letter of intent to marry, how you met and the two year meeting requirement? What did you send? I don't mean to be rude but honestly you can only be angry with yourselves. You clearly need to do more research on this visa. It is not an easy thing. You failed to submit most important parts of the visa petition and you're upset it's all taking too long. Lol? 

My decree does not state when we separated just that we were divorced on this day etc. She moved out and left April 2017 which will be a deceleration response in my RFE. My Ex knows about my new fiance and is not happy but she has always been a drama queen which is one of the reason we ended out relationship. I almost would want the embassy to call her but then again who knows what she would lie about lol.

We did. Since Interview appointments were roughly a month out, we went ahead and booked both. He just had his medical yesterday and the letter came before but they didn't even ask for it. Just wanted the ID number. This is London however, so I am not sure if it is the same there. Both the medical and interview could be changed if needed in London, so check to see if that is an option there.  Good Luck!

Did a triple check, nothing yet. First in the queue though but they're not answering

There are a ton of factors that go into your processing time. 
 
It could be background checks, RFE's, when your document arrived, holidays and just a plain slow agent processing. Then some places only send out packets a couple of times a month and some places only do so many interviews a month. 
 
I waited 196 days for NOA2 and then it only stayed at NVC for a couple of days. Others have waited 6 weeks at NVC. 
 
It is hard to not check multiple times a day on your application. Since the beginning of August, I was chewing at the bit for some information. Didn't come till the end of Sept. The wait is brutal. 
 
Start getting things ready for the next steps, plan things with your fiance, start looking at what home life will be like together and things that can be done for a smooth transition for the person moving.

Knightsbridge only want details of long term serious conditions. The questionnaire does ask mental health questions I believe to ascertain if you are a danger to yoursekf or others. I have IBD and was prepared and asked my consultant for a summary anyway for AFTER i moved to find a provider to monitor me, turns out Knightsbridge would have sent me away to get this had I not already had it. 
 
The most issues I had with my GP was around my childhood vaccine records but the summary they cant refuse to give you.

I was going to say the same thing. Deportation is a lengthy but very official process. You KNOW when it's happening and it happens from inside the US first until you're basically ejected out of the country. It certainly doesn't happen at layovers. When people get the 3 and 10 year bars, don't they get a stamp or the official law code written in their passports??
 
I feel like OP's brother badly misunderstood what was going on.

I'm more confused how you can be deported from the US when sitting in an airport even on a layover unless he left the airport and tried to re-enter and was stopped at security. Otherwise he would be inside security and you don't deal with customs and immigrations when you leave the US so.... think some info definately is missing.

Agreed....there is no 5 year bar for overstay. There is no bar for an overstay of under 180 days.
Something else happened that cause him to be deported instead....likely an expedited deportation order.
 
Either way, if it's expired now, he needs to apply for a visa. The real cause of the ban may or may not be a factor in their decision.

I think there are things he is not telling us. I don't think he is trying to avoid the wedding but you never know! lol 

He was not working. I thought it was strange too. I know they have to stick by the rules but 2 hours over a delayed flight? Seems a little overboard. Thank you for your response! 

I would try calling later at night. You seem to be able to get through easier. It is usually a long wait to get someone on the phone. I have read that they prefer emails. I sent one and got a response back. It did take about 4 days. Hope that helps and good luck!

We just booked our medical and interview for K1 In London and just wanted to pass on some info.  The Medical is pretty open. They wanted my fiance to come down Monday to have it done. Probably won't be hard to get an appointment there.
 
Our Interview was booked for Nov. 19th. The 1st available was Nov 11th.

No no.... NVC gave us our case number Monday.
They received it Friday. Got our case number Monday. They shipped it and it was saying "In Transit" yesterday and the Embassy recieved it today. Got the email this morning from the Embassy. Really I cannot believe how quick it is all going now.

Ours was approved on the 11th and we received email from NVC yesterday saying they received it and it also says "In Trsnsit" today 😱

they are really lovely there. I was fortunate enough to have my fiance with me, and with the first man who I had to see to take all my docs joked with him about football and stuff, and then the lady who did my interview laughed with me about how we met and everything.
