You didn't have to put off applying for citizenship.  Instead you decided to stage a mini protest of the legally elected President of the United States.....smh

I truly have my sympathy towards Daca Recipients but people who came here legally should be given priority first. I will have my ROC window open this year and my employer already told me I need to have a permanent  green card before my conditional one expires. With current situation I highly doubt I am going to get my permanent green card anytime soon.  People who came down here legally should be given first priority then DACA recipients. I am planning for kids and need to have permanent green card on time to sustain my job so I can support my family financially. no hate towards daca people just its a stressful situation.

    Exactly!

I had put off applying for citizenship... until he was elected, and it spooked me.

I was also one semester short of an undergraduate degree, in a college where all degrees are signed by the president of the United States. When he was elected, I went to my registrar to ask if my 100+ credits would still be valid if I put off my education for 4 years (and possibly 8), because I had no intention of taking home a degree signed by that individual. I ended up almost killing myself taking independent study courses (in addition to already existing courses for Fall 2016 semester), in order to meet requirements that I had planned for Spring 2017, and graduate in December 2016. But it was worth it, my degree has the 44th's signature.

Make sure you write a letter. I wrote one for me, one for my fiancé, a love story describing how we met and why we want to marry in the US because we want to live together after being married couple. Make sure he gets the letter notarized from his country, and you notarized your letter as well. For the love story letter, you both can sign it and get it notarized in the US

The chances of you being the US for the birth are virtually zero.  If your wife needs help, perhaps you could wire her money to support her.

As others have already stated, there is no expedite for pregnancy. You're looking at a 12-14 month wait for the CR1 visa to process (since as already stated, most K3s are converted to this).

You can try to apply for a tourist visa, but unless you have very strong ties to Morocco (stable job, owning property, ect), it will be difficult to convince the CO that you will return to Morocco, especially if you have a USC wife and child. But it's still worth applying for it if you are determined.

Woman can work right up to birth.   And pregnancy is a preventable illness so there is no reason to expedite a petition.

Sorry to say this but chain migration is a problem.  You say that "family" is not part of the USCIS or the NVC vocabulary.  Well, let's look at it from a different perspective.  What are the immigration laws of the country where your son resides?  Are those immigration laws so "family oriented"?  I don't know but I'm certain it is much more strict than US immigration laws.  Otherwise, perhaps you would have moved there.  Your son is not a child anymore.  He is starting his own family now.  Nothing to stop you visiting him there.

It's hard enough to get them to talk to you about your own case.  To call up as an uninvolved party will not go far at all. They definitely don't want to hear some crackpot's stories.

Unless that person who made the threat is able to prove that your marriage is illegitimate or that you have concealed some other information that can possibly lead to a denial of a marriage-based green card, I wouldn't worry about it. I understand your anxiety. I dealt with an ex-spouse who constantly made all sorts of empty threats. At this point I am still waiting for my NOA2 for a CR1 and there have been days that thoughts have crept in that the ex may try to sabotage the application (his viciousness knows no boundaries. I can write a book) but I am confident that everything will be fine because I have been honest, and I am in a real relationship.

If I had a dollar for every thread I’ve read on here and other fora where people want to stop someone from immigrating or have someone sent home, I’d never need to work again. However, if I could only keep the dollar if that person achieved their goal, I’d be back to where I am now. Even TLC’s Danielle couldn’t get her husband deported (despite being certain that she could) with the help of a lawyer. Many spurned lovers or jealous exes think they can get revenge by contacting USCIS and have someone deported or banned. But it doesn’t work like that. As mentioned before, people have sent emails and text messages to USCIS where the spouse admitted they used the USC just for a green card and they have got nowhere. It’s extremely difficult and USCIS doesn’t listen to idle gossip or pay attention to jealous crazies.

Any claims of fraud need to be supported with evidence. Do they have any evidence? Or do they simple have USCIS' phone number and a temper?

This is why you were denied, this is material misrepresentation. You lied about being single and free to marry in your petition and visa application.

Seriously this is the second person today to come on here having lied and applied for a fiancé visa when already married.

You will not get a visitor visa, you have already proven dishonest in order to try and circumvent immigration rules to make it quicker for yourself because you think your reason is valid. Pregnancy isn’t a reason to expedite and it isn’t a reason to violate immigration rules.

Apply for spouse visa, be completely honest at all stages including all forms, and hope at the interview they allow a waiver.

seriously! some people think immigraiton means the USC spouse can support the foreigner forever.  also, a canadian it is pretty easy to find a job.  not to be rude but you seem like you dont want to work and expect him to support you.  unless he is charlie sheen rich, then of course you should go after something.

In that case, time to go to school part time and work full time instead of vice versus. Immigration is by no means including free ride off ones ex spouse's pocketbook until naturalized

Well I know of someone, so let me give you the breakdown: Filed petition (CR1) March 6, 2017, received NOA one week later, NOA2 came June, Interview November 14th, and husband got here December 2017..You asked what country? Lagos, Nigeria...Yes, you read it right, Nigeria..Case wasn't expedited either, so it is very well possible to get approved 10 months or less on a CR1...OP just do what you think is the better option for you..Wishing you well on your journey...

The NVC wait is not embassy specific. It is held at USCIS before it is sent to NVC. CR-1 is taking under 10 months recently.  K-1 is taking 12.  CR-1 is considerably cheaper and GC is at POE.  It IS theoretically possible for me to cancel the K-1 and file a CR-1 and not only hit POE sooner but the GC a year sooner and $1000 more in my pocket.  Theory is wonderful but facts are facts.  CR-1 is quicker, even just to POE.

CR-1 NOA2s are coming in 2 to 3 months now.  CR-1s are taking under 10 months total.  They also cut out a year of AOS and you have the green card at POE.

I am over 7 months now waiting on NOA2 and we know that there are two months after approval before USCIS even sends the files to NVC.  So timeline vs timeline, they are at POE while the K-1 is waiting on the NVC number just to schedule an interview.  K-1 is a solid year now and then another 9 to 12 months for GC.

CR-1 is faster, much cheaper and more stable than the K-1 (NOA1 to GC).

Keep in mind that if you manage to do all this and get to the interview stage, for some countries, I don't know about South Korea, the family not being on board with the marriage can have a huge impact in the visa approval depending on the officer doing the interview. Like I said before. Wait. You're 17. You don't know what you want in life at 17.
