I traveled internationally a lot while my ROC was pending and they don't allow you to go through the kiosk at all with an expired green card. You have to wait in line.

When I was waiting for my ROC , I had to travel on my expired GC, I wasn't able to use GE, until an officer at BOS change my green card expiration date, matching the one year extension on my i797.

You will have to manually enter your A number on the kiosk,  and it will work.

I have it since 2016, but my passport always got stamped upon giving the receipt to the officer. As a matter of fact I remember one time it didn't get stamped and the officer came looking for me to stamp it! :D Unless there is regional differences in how they handle this (which I doubt it is) it could be the passport!

In the past 4 years, I’ve entered at least 20 times through BOS, JFK, SFO, DFW, YYZ,LAX EWR, not once did they stamp my passport.

  3. 4 months later, I finally received my rescheduled n400 interview date after USCIS wrongfully scheduled an interview for me on a Saturday.

Since I have filed N400 last June, I have travelled to Hong Kong, Taiwan and France.

However, I have no record of these trips.  I entered HK with my HK ID card using Smart Gate, my passport was not stamped. Taiwan does not stamp our passports, and I was waived through at CDG upon entry and departure. When I returned to the US, I used Global Entry kiosks and there was no stamp in my passport either.

I will be updating the examiner my trips, however, I have no proof of these trips. I reckoned it may cause confusion? Does anybody have similar experience? Should I bring my trip itinerary?

Lots of people change sexual orientation.

You need more details for us! I assume you remained in the USA the entire time? What proof did you give the first time and why or how do they suspect he is gay?

Oh My God!   This is my mind F*** of this year.  A lot of people change sex orientations?! Where did you get that from?

  5. that's the reality, US employers will not look at your foreign degree (perhaps except some Canadian and big name UK schools), let alone a degree from a developing country.

I graduate University of Hong Kong and University College London, had 15+ years of experience in finance and architecture and couldn't land a darn job in Boston for months. Do you have connections to anyone working in tech?  Perhaps go through an agency?

I apply for my citizenship and  the application on my own ,  being in a GAY marriage with a us citizens for over 3 years, I was illegal in the USA in the period of 2002 to 2015 when I got my green card. I did all my green card paperwork (including my 610 waver.

At my interview this week in Lawrence Massachusetts, The officer asked me how did I support myself and worked If i didn't have paperwork. I said that I had a make up social security with my Brazilian Id number on it  and a fake work resident card back then, and I also told him I didn't knew any better back them cause I did not speak any English. I also told him that I use a ITIN number to file all my taxes every year since 2002, I couldn't lie because I was under oath. , Them he made me  change my application number 22 and 23 when says yes to committed a crime and had me sign.

Uscis later   email me asking for me to ask my  two employer for  my hire paperwork I 9 from 2002 when I was hired. My first employer already provide me the I 9 , but the second one are not allowed to provide me that kind documentation.  What is uscis trying to see on my I 9?? Should I send to them or not?

    Ps.. I didn't mark us citizens on my I 9 from 2002.

of course you should send them what they have requested.

seems there is a "false claim" issue, if you have ever false citizenship, you shouldn't have filed N400.

USCIS won't take "I didn't know better cuz I couldn't speak English" as a a valid argument. I cannot just go to Brazil and cannibalise people in the street and then claim "oh, I don't speak Portuguese and didn't know it was illegal to cannibalise people"

This is old and there was a memo online from not too long ago (2016 maybe?) that says they're not bound to this 90 day silliness. It's common knowledge now.

Also it is clear the current administration is all about changing the rules for whatever reason so yes it is basically an anarchy now.

You just said the memo was from 2016 and then blaming the current administration?

I dare you to name one illegal change of rules by the current admin.
