barashka reacted to Crazy Cat in Conditional Green Card expiring soon - Divorce
You will not lose residency.  Just make sure USCIS receives your I-751 before the expiration date of the Green card.  You will not lose status......you will simply not have evidence of your status until you receive your extension letter (if your green card expires prior to receiving it)......There is nothing to worry about .

I think you already know your answer, it seems you answered it yourself. It can be very similar to the original one, yes! Just make sure it has a date on it closer to your interview date and the new addressee should be the embassy.

Bingo. @bencarlson66 - you still have a long way to go. Like @Greenbaum mentioned, there will still be more waiting for you in the future, whether it be for the K-1 visa interview or for the Green Card interview. For example, check out my timeline and see how much I have waited at each step of this process. Just hang in there and you will be good. This is only the first of many steps in your journey. For example, after your significant other arrives and you get married, you will then go through the adjustment of status process which can take up to 2 years of waiting just to get the conditional Green Card. Please be patient.

Wow, it looks like people who filed their I-129F in February of 2019 are getting some really quick approvals. Kudos to you guys. Back in 2017, it was taking like 6-8 months just to get a NOA2. With that being said, for those people who have only waited for about 3 months or so and that are getting antsy: Please relax (and I honestly don't mean it a rude way). You will eventually get your approval.

You should get a NOA1 within 1 week in the mail. I am not sure about text/e-mail. I think there is a form you need to submit with your package to get a text/e-mail confirmation notification.

Thank you so much for the clarification. You and @Scandi have been wonderful at explaining all of this. You two have helped me a lot in the past here on this forum and I really appreciate the patience you both have with me.

So for us, since her adjustment of status was filed about 5 months after she had her medical done and also since she is adjusting from a K-1 visa, we should be good? Should we bring the completed DS-3025 with us to the interview? I know we submitted it with the adjustment of status package.
