Marieke H reacted to Jaquelly in K1 VISA - (New Be)Urgent !!!!
You have avoided my questions this entire time.
Tell us the complete story. How can you expect anyone to help you if you are not being truthful?

Marieke H reacted to Jaquelly in K1 VISA - (New Be)Urgent !!!!
Are you asking as yourself or as the USC? This thread is not very clear.
Tell us EXACTLY what happened and what your concern is, and then we can help you with the BEST information possible.

2. Of course they share data.
Tell us your exact situation. Don't BS around and ask obtuse questions. The only way we can help you is if you are upfront.

Marieke H got a reaction from Tm and Je in K1 VISA - (New Be)Urgent !!!!
Your title says "urgent", so I was expecting something more interesting than this... Just take a deep breath, sit down, read the guide here on VJ and the USCIS instructions, and you'll be fine.
Don't worry about police reports yet; you will need that for the embassy stage and you're still a long ways away from that.

The OP is rejecting accurate advice that has been given several times, so this thread is now locked. Do not restart this topic.

Separation is usually part of immigration. Suck it up or find a joint sponsor. If you're posting here just to hear what you want to hear even though it would not be accurate, then you're I'm the wrong place.

Then by your logic, it should make more sense for you to apply for a diversity visa. Try that route and see how that works for you. No amount of venting here by you or anyone else is going to change the immigration laws. You claim it is unacceptable to live apart for any length of time. Sorry, but all of us that did the spousal visa route had to do that. We did not like being separated from our family but that's the way it is. Either do what's necessary based on immigration law or accept the fact that you'll be staying in Germany. Or go find a sponsor.

It makes sense, just not to you. You did not win a green card so why are you even comparing. In your case, a spousal visa which requires sufficient US based income and/or assets was applied for, which is much easier to get than a diversity visa.

Marieke H reacted to N-o-l-a in Revoking Permanent Green Card
Followed by post of "have you given any thought to the notion that you might be the problem, and not them?"

Marieke H reacted to Mollie09 in Revoking Permanent Green Card
"No, you can't have your ex deported"

Marieke H reacted to BethyWink in Revoking Permanent Green Card
Visa Journey needs a sticky post that just says "Cheating does not equal fraud" and "Taking away a greencard and uprooting your ex should not be your first instinct to a breakup".

Marieke H reacted to SusieQQQ in The $64,000,question- How much home equity needed to sponsor?
Yes, a proper appraisal would be required. Honestly - look at this in context. You’re talking about using home equity to sponsor an immigrant, you’re trying to say there will be no undue hardship, but you’re worried about the cost of an appraisal?
also, you are conflating the income and asset requirements. The income requirement for a household of 3 is 125% of the poverty line (currently, just under $27k a year, which is ridiculously low for many areas). And it’s only 5 times the limit for assets if there is no income, otherwise it’s the difference between the two. Again, please read the instructions...this is all in there.

Marieke H reacted to aleful in What type of Visa do I qualify for?
the main reason for bringing a family member to the US is for family reunification, if the petitioner doesn't live in the US, there is no reunification to begin with,
the petitioner has to have a US domicile, proof of living in the US, filing taxes
why would your father petition you to be with him if he no longer lives in the US? His primary residence is Pakistan now.

Unfortunately when it comes to immigration it won't be your choice anymore.

Marieke H reacted to amiraolivia in Advice on waiver form I-601, and how to avoid vaccination
I have the info first hand from the immigrations in Detroit.Yes we can come to US and apply from there.
-
Marieke H reacted to Daphne . in Advice on waiver form I-601, and how to avoid vaccination
@amiraolivia I think you have a couple of issues here..
Not vaccinating might mean no visa and/or the kids might not be able to go to school either.
Also, going to the States and doing the paperwork there will not work.. Have you done the research on how Immigration to the US works? What were your plans?

Marieke H reacted to Roel in Advice on waiver form I-601, and how to avoid vaccination
Antivax and Visa fraud? Jackpot.
I bet this thread is going to get locked soon.

Marieke H reacted to Crazy Cat in Advice on waiver form I-601, and how to avoid vaccination
What does this mean? You can't enter the US via a visitor visa with the intent to stay.
-
Marieke H reacted to Cryssiekins in Advice on waiver form I-601, and how to avoid vaccination
What is your plan? Unless you are awaiting your visas from the Embassy, you cannot just come here and then apply for green cards. That is not how immigration in the US works.
Get your kids vaccinated. The risk from a vaccination is far far less than the risk if they get sick. Lavender oil and blueberries won’t save their lives.

You people already think it's TRUE. Proving my point it effects people. Is harmful information.. has no place in the immigration process..

Marieke H reacted to Killerbee04x in Untrue bill (cyberstalking) for i129f?
You can let the government use false information about you.. not me.. I will not stand by and let then use false information on me. Judge me on untrue judgment. I don't have to even explain it.. I don't have to mention it. It just is. Can't be used against me. They are forcing it on me. With all arrest history. Knowing that that's a illegal statement.. knowing that it will effect me.. then they want it in the packet to involve my wife? That's messed up..why is this untrue information keep being used against me..I'm not in politics.. I have rights. I'm a us citizen.. live and work her with no criminal record besides false information.
