I will also point out I had to do a multiple waiver request with this last one I was approved for in December 21st, 2018.  As I have had 2 previous petitions approved   the relationships just didnt end up panning out.  One in 2011 and the other in 2013.  Not sure if that info is needed to help answer my question or not.  I have read I would just need to request withdraw and then refile again with another multiple request waiver but just want to get feedback before I do anything further.  I wish I would have sent the request to withdraw back in December....  😢

So since your ex was approved already, how do you know if she didnt arrive in the US?

I believe you just need to pursue Direct Consular Filing and explain in detail all the circumstances. The US Embassy closed for several months because of the unrest. So it's not like they're not familiar with the current state of affairs. I think it is worth a shot. Document the hell out of it. 
 
 

Sure. All I am trying to do here is provide OP with options; instead of choosing to believe that OP had the intention of circumventing US immigration laws. Most people are not aware of that. It would be more helpful if those who do know how it works, simply explain that coming on a B1/B2 visa is not OK, and also offer options/solutions; instead of requesting to close down the thread because OP wants to commit fraud. It seems to be a theme around here.

Are... you seriously wanting your wife to be on the US illegally? To never work? Never have driving license? Never go to school? Are you honestly serious? Because yeah she will probably bound to sit at home all the time so she doesnt get deported. She CANNOT work if you don't send out AOS. 
 
Even if you marry but dont do AOS she will still be there illegally and deportable at any moment.  Just marriage doesnt mean ####### in regards to immigrations.

If you won’t sign I-864 she won’t be a legal documented resident. Either let her know you’re destroying her future and pay for her ticket home or get married, file AOS and sign the damn I-864 form! 

Time! it took me 3 years to feel at home. Now i just can't see myself moving back to Sweden anymore. It just is not attractive anymore. 
It is going to suck, for a while, but as you start building and adding to your life, it will get easier. It takes time and it is natural so do not worry! I still get crazy anxiety in some official settings but i feel less and less as an outsider. Hike, bike, work out, go shopping, get out there! do not lock yourself in.

Lol people. Relax. Live your lives. We have a 18 months extensions letter. What is there to stress over? I haven't even given it a second thought. We know they are backed up. Chill and go on with your normal life and work routine;) 

The NOA receipt is the extension letter. I am not concerned about biometrics because I know quite few people who didn’t have to re-do the fingerprints and ended up getting their GC in the mail few months later with no issue. I think people just want to make sure everything is done correctly on their part considering USCIS has been quite a mess, issuing extension letters, supposedly sending them, not sending them, printing it again, then sending them, then people getting 3 Copies.. Some people are plannig on traveling and don’t want to miss possible appointment or get in trouble etc.  I hope you get your extension letter soon. I would maybe make an infopass if you have been waiting for a while.
