I cannot imagine marrying someone and not knowing whether they had been married before. I don't need to know every person my fiance has ever slept with, but I DO know he was married before and has a daughter. They are part of what has made him the man I am choosing to marry. His first marriage obviously failed, but I should know not only why it failed but also that existed in the first place. If you cannot open up about this part of your life -- a part of your life which is likely a part of public record -- what else are you unable to open up about? Choosing to marry someone means opening up, warts and all. It means radical honesty. You and your spouse to be are a team, and that team needs to be built on trust. Can you believe that when she finds out about your first marriage from someone who isn't you that she will take that well?

Son has only been here 4 years so doesn’t yet qualify for citizenship in his own right (has to be here 5 years before he can apply for that). But if the father naturalized after 3 years and whilst your son was under 18 then he became a citizen at that point.
 
but it’s all moot because the reason you are asking is because you want to be petitioned. Whether he is a citizen or not already is irrelevant as he’s only 19. He cannot petition for you until he’s 21 and a citizen. Both of those have to happen before he can even think of filing for you.

I had issues flying back home from Sweden since they didnt know what to do with the letter. It finally worked out after they called a supervisor. 
 
But POE in Oakland was so freaking easy that I even blurted out a "really?" When he said I was good to go. He didnt look at any documentation lol. He then said "unless you wanna go to secondary, we can do that?" I said "I'm good" lol. Almost got myself delayed. 

They reused my biometrics in March and there has been no update since. So don't expect anything anytime soon.
