Hello please I need some information, I came into the state with a k1 visa, and we got married before 90 days, we have a son now but we haven’t filed for change of status, could that be a problem?

Ok, please can you tell me how long will I use the temporary green card before changing to permanent green card

You need to file for the green card first. 

 

 It all depends upon when you are issued the card.  If you get a two year card,  then two years

Are you currently out of status? IE have the 90 days passed?

Yes understood but how long ago was that? How many days have passed since you entered on your K1?

If I get my green card, can I still stay or do I have to wait till I get permanent green card (10 years)

Why does he need a green card?  He is a USC

I entered 4 months ago, it expired 3 days ago
