I've got a question regarding N-400...

I got married to my spouse (U.S citizen by birth) on March 13, 2020 and we've been living together in the U.S since then. I received my 2-years Green Card on June 02, 2021. I know that one of the criteria to apply for N-400 is to be married for at least 3 years. Last week we completed 3 years of marriage and I was wondering if I'm eligible to apply for citizenship or do I have to wait June 02, 2024 to apply for it?

Thank you,

R&E

It has to be three years from the date you received your conditional green card. Use the uscis case check to verify too.

3 years minus 90 days of being LPR AND being married for 3 years. There are two conditions. So, you can apply in March 2024 the earliest, if you're still married and living marital union at the time.

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

And you have to ROC. Don't forget that

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Use the resident since date 3 years from that,  in addition to still being married to that same spouse. You can apply 90 days prior to you reaching 3 years. As what was pointed out use the USCIS early filing calculator to be sure. Have you already submitted your I-751 ROC? If not you will have to submit that first.
