    I mailed my packet on March 29 2023 based on military service.receipt notice sent out the next day on 30th.case is actively being reviewed. No biometrics notice even though I did a walk in. No estimated time online either. But we play the wait game.

    It has to be three years from the date you received your conditional green card. Use the uscis case check to verify too.

    My wife helped me filed my N400. I realized that she made a mistake. Instead of filing through military , she put 3 years of marriage to a US citizen which I am also qualified to file. But I'm in the military and I want to go through the military. Thereafter , I got a signed N426 from my chain of command and uploaded online. Contacted USCis and they said I should make the necessary correction during my interview and bring documents to prove my military service . That is no problem. My timeline is Filing date: Jan 06 Receipt date and biometrics: Jan 06 I have a pending i751 filed in May 2021. It wasn't transfered and no news on that yet other than case ready to be scheduled for interview since Jan 06 2023.. Any information or update from people in Dallas Texas? I cant wait for this whole immigration stuff to be over. I'm done with this already
