Did K-3 filers include evidence of bona fide marriage in the I-129F K-3 packet?  Visa Journey doesn't list it in the K-3 I-129F packet guide.  The I-129F instructions don't mention bona fides at all.  Did people include bona fides like air line tickets, hotel reservations, wedding receipts, photos, etc.?  Did anyone NOT include them then get an RFE for bona fides?

I'm sorry if I was unclear.  "We thought about" getting married.  "It would have been" legit because we didn't have preconceived intent.  Past conditional grammar describes a past situation that never happened.  We never went through with it because thought what if they don't believe us.  And, my wife couldn't wait for Advanced Parole to travel internationally for various reasons.  I was just explaining that to the OP in that topic because they needed to make sure they don't have preconceived intent and to remember you can't travel until you get Advanced Parole.  As for our situation, my timeline is up-to-date.  I filed an I-130 recently and my wife will do consular processing.

Hi,

We just sent the I-130 NOA1 receipt, passport photos, the I-129f and a copy of our marriage certificate. The I-130 was approved 3-4 weeks after we got NOA1 of the K3.

Thank you for the clarification.  I hope you understand, that if by some lucky (or unlucky?) chance your K3 gets approved, then your wife will get a K3 visa.  She will enter the US with it and will need to go through the AOS process, with the 8+ months of waiting for the EAD/AP combo card to be able to leave the US, work, get a SSN, drive, etc.

K3 does not require AP to travel: https://help.cbp.gov/s/article/Article-991?language=en_US the other things we don't care about.
