Just thinking about the people I know.  Six I can think of that died, all of them not vaccinated.

Several more that got sick and recovered, all of them not vaccinated.

Can't think of anyone I know that got vaccinated and died or got sick with COVID.

Pretty much every one I knows general experience

Anyone who pushes this shot on children

Gonna be facing this imminently.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Satanic ingredients, mass death, and other debunked talking points from the anti-vaccination movement.

“The vaccines are based on untested, dangerous technology.”

This claim is centered mainly around the covid vaccines developed by Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna, which both are based on mRNA technology. These are the first mRNA vaccines authorized or approved for use in humans, but the underlying research needed to develop them has been ongoing for decades. Scientists were testing out mRNA vaccines in human trials even before the pandemic arrived in late 2019.

The pandemic did accelerate the course of typical vaccine development, which usually takes years, but much of this speed was gained by the legwork already done on mRNA vaccines, the huge marshaling of resources, including financial, needed to conduct large clinical trials, and the expedited review of the data by health agencies—not by cutting corners in the trials themselves.

“mRNA vaccines change your DNA.”
.
“Vaccinated people are ‘shedding’ onto others.”

“The shots contain scary and/or satanic ingredients.”

“The vaccines are killing more people than the virus is.”

“Vaccines don’t prevent transmission.”

“The need for boosters proves the vaccines are useless.”

“Outbreaks in highly vaccinated countries show vaccines don’t work.”

“Kids don’t need the vaccine.”

Kind of a poor list as 2 and 5 are essentially the same thing, and it has been proven with science that the vaccine does not prevent the spread.  As to the bottom one, kids becoming severely sick or dying from Covid19 is miniscule, but I suppose this falls under the "if it saves one life" logic.

Well, we live in Germany where the vaccination rate is just 68%, and the COVID rate is going sky high. Every time you turn around here, you have to show proof of vaccination now. My wife got the booster early November, and I will get the booster on Friday. Our 11 year old son got the first dose last week on base. COVID is very, very low on military bases now, post vax, as compared to pre vax. Before the vaccine, it wasn't looking so good, with 11% infection rate. But post vaccine, positive cases are rare. 98.5% of active military have had at least one dose.

Omg Heresy. The vaccine just can't be really helping. You mean all 3 of you and an 11 year old got the vaccine and survived?

Being sarcastic.  Glad to hear things are working.

Don't believe all the hype, my friend.  Germany is #90 when it comes to cases per 1mil population.  That's 90 out of 224.  The US has 2.1 times your case incident rate.

Also, covid has had a VERY LOW rate across the military in general.  52 deaths to date, with ZERO in 2020.  Not what the media nor your military leaders are reporting, I know, but the sky is NOT falling.  If this mandate stuff continues, the military will lose FAR more members to attrition than to covid.

99.98% survival rate.  I'm sure you'll be just fine.

Troop COVID-19 death rate jumps 50-fold since 2020, August deadliest month by far

Snip

At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, in late 2020, the military posted its deadliest month in November. Those four deaths were an anomaly in a year that saw mostly one or two deaths a month, if any ― until now. Eleven service members died of COVID-19 complications in August 2021, followed immediately by another death in the first few days of September.

You ever notice how people on both extremes of the political spectrum generally scream freedom the loudest but also generally scream the loudest when people disagree with them .

No matter which side people stand on, fanaticism is always wrong.
