Would the USC have to prove the fraud did not happen?

How?

that is my question but if she said she sent a letter about fraud ,  she should have had that proof or just broke up

saying someone committed fraud is serious and seems like she would have to prove they didn't

Serious, why I think she should be at the interview with plenty of subsequent relationship evidence, has 4 months in 2021 and whatever in 2022.

Would it be better for me to spend an entire year there ?

Not sure it is that simple, more is probably better but I know nothing of the big picture.

I would like to thank you guys for being non judgement.
it’s not easy especially with a pandemic for anybody but, I have suggested to him a year in his county.

so we shall see :)

This is not something often said on vj.

If asked, I'd just tell the truth - you had a fight and you regret it. But don't mention it otherwise.

I’ve noticed however, this thread and the responses have ease my mind. As it has truly made me delay the purpose of filing for another visa honestly.  😊

Bingo!!!  That seems the best approach, imho.

Yup that’s what I’ve learned ...I never sent in that letter the entire month until he said that then I just snapped and reacted in anger dumbest thing I ever did honestly.
we have started to do counseling and we meet with an official from a church as we both agreed on our issues especially what we both do when angry / hurt.
this has been a nightmare that I wish I could make vanish but I know I cannot sadly. :(

I am just thankful for the honest but polite comments. in an already hurtful difficult situation.

I was actually going to recommend you guys look into doing therapy so that you enter into this next step with a better way of managing conflicts. Please do your best to do NOTHING (calm down, rationalize etc but not to act on anything like you did) when you are in a fit of rage so that you don't end up in these situations. It is all too easy to utter hurtful words in the heat of the moment, but it is not easy to 'fix' the damage. I wish you all the best!
