Hey everyone,

Just USPS out my documents to Texas 2 mins ago. I start to get a lot of emotion....relief, anxious, and scared 🤮

I am removing from CR1, and applying joint petition with my husband.

In total 233 pages, collecting them into 2 books. I should have started prepared a bit earlier. It took me 5 weeks to finish, also my GC expired on 08/01/2020 😂

My husband push me everyday to send them out. I just kept postponing it, thinking I might add more evidence in them. There is no way back now until when I got a RFE 🙄

Good luck to everyone on the same boat. I know it's crazy time now. Hope everyone is doing well and keep safe.

I'll keep everyone posted.

Update, my credit card was charged yesterday morning June 11 and today June 12 this morning I received my receipt number via text message. It starts with LIN. Can anyone tell me what center that is ? Thank you guys and best of luck for those waiting. Be calm and patient.

Hey, yea I was also given a LIN number. Everything I’ve read says it’s the Nebraska Service Center.

Hi everyone ?! I guess I am June filer too. we haven't sent our application yet because my GC expired on 25 Sept so I can file it starting June 27.

My application is done just need to double and triple check it.

I have a little few question

1. Do you have your affidavit notarized ?

2. How many pages did you send out your application ( mine so far just under 150 pages )

3. Fee, do you put all fee 680 ( 595 Filling fee and 85 Biometric ) on one check or 595 one check and 85 other check ?

Thanks !!

Hello Christy&J,

1. no, I got them signed and sent originals

2. about two hundred pages

3. I put all fee together in one check.

:)

Hey fellow filers, my file is almost ready, and I just realized some People send marriage certificate also, I also saw somebody got a RFE in one of these threads for the marriage certificate.

do we have to send it too in the package ??

i think it doesn’t make sense because when we did AOS, they took a certified copy of marriage certificate ? So sending it makes redundant.

so just want to make sure do I send it or not ?

I have seen people get RFE for it also so I went ahead and submit mine also it is not a required document in the I-751 but it’s really good just to send it

I’ve put our packet together, we’ve signed and double checked everything but the discussion about marriage certificates has me wondering whether I’ve missed anything else. I remembered that the other apps asked us to send passport style photos that are current, but I didn’t see that anywhere in the instructions (unless I missed it). Do we need to include them?

i didn't...although i have seen a post on here saying that they included their passport's bio page to show they changed their name. i thought about doing the same, but decided otherwise, they (USCIS) already knows I changed my name, they issued my green card in my married name so...
