Good news all around! Very excited for you guys!

I have a question: my husband and I have several joint savings accounts we've had since getting married (like Emergency, House Savings, Car, Travel) and I've printed the statements since then to now and the amount of paper for those alone is insane; especially since there's more stuff to include such as car insurance policies with our names on it, health insurance, phone annd other bills. Do you think having all those joint savings accounts is overkill or necessary?

Thank you so much!

Mine is getting to that point :D It's insane the amount of paper and documents we collect since marriage.

The more the better

but hey if it helps prove your case better once you can formulate those documents where it all makes sense to whoever is viewing them (my opinion) then I think you’re more than fine

I’ve read stories where people send in a ton of pages very heavy package. Mine was pretty simple

My package came in at a whopping 6lbs and ive heard of heavier. Our bank statements were definitely the bulkiest section. My motto from the start though has always been send EVERYTHING. lol Especially with financial co-mingling being such an essential element.
