It could benefit you, it may not.  But, better to be prepared than not.  

 

I did not dismiss, I'm assuming the facts you cite are known. 

 

For starters, OP claims to have robust financial situation and after all was DQ'ed for a reason.

 

I agree it is better to be prepared, that's why I recommended to have joint sponsor app handy just in case the financials are not that robust as OP thought. But I'm giving them benefit of the doubt that they can count correctly, read application instructions and that when someone claims "robust" they really mean it.

 

The question OP asked is if they should submit again now or wait till interview and IMO it is better to wait. All adjudication is done by CO anyways at the post and since OP is DQ'ed their paperwork is going to the embassy posts. if the issue arrises there, then OP pulls joint sponsor down the sleeve. Additionally, there is still some time until interview, there is plenty they could do to make their financial situation "look" better.

For details on operational days and timings please refer to the specific website pages below.

That link does not seem to work.   That list does not seem to contain embassies or consulates.

It usually takes about 2 days for NVC to say they forwarded the request to the embassy/Consulate, and about another4-5 days to get the response from the embassy. Each one is different, but that’s about the time it took on mine.
