MSC filer here. They received my package on 24 April and it has been stuck at that. No updates on reusing biometrics, no updates on having biometrics scheduled, nothing!

Just got an update that my case as of August 10 has been updated with finger prints  applied to my case.

SRC filer and my case was received 04/28/2020

Also on the Status says, preparing the case for officer review!

It is a step forward, hoping for more updates soon!

Yes it can be done online 🙂 should make it easier to do.

It will more of the same relationship evidence we submitted for I-751 just continued for another year.

Thanks so much for the response, it will definitely make life easier if we can do that. I am starting to get information together so we can apply as soon as we are allowed.

Hello everyone, can somebody tell me what is the answer of Part 1, question 22 of the I-751 Form? to the answer "Have you reside at any other address since you became a permanent resident? My answer is yes, I supposed to fill page 11 with that information, now, what confuses me is should I write the address that I live in currently or my old one?

The question is specifically for old addresses.

The instructions say to put all your addresses since becoming a permanent resident with the length of time you lived there.

Hey all Drivers License update for Oregon: We had to set up an appointment due to COVID, he took in his NOA, proof of residence (letter of renewal sent in mail from DMV), expired green card, passport (didn't need), took 10minutes and no problem. The lady said that this should be the last time he has to get a 1 year drivers license and that next year he should get the 8year, she also said it never used to be like this if you had a green card you got the 8year but now if you have the 2year green card you only get 1 year at a time for your drivers license.

But at least that is one more stress over with..... absolutely no movement on the I-751 (MSC filer)

Illinois DL here-- My first DL was valid for as long as my 2-year GC and the second one for as long as the extension letter. The second one also came with a 'Federal Limits Apply' on it, which wasn't on the first. 😡

Wow how stupid... when I got my EAD, Texas issued me a license that lasts while EAD is valid. Then I got my 2 year GC and they re-issued my card for 7 years. I moved to Florida, and lost my Texas license. When I went to get a new one in Miami, they gave me one that lasts for 10 years when my 2 year GC was expiring in 6 months... some states are really dumb..

Only seems to be from SRC though.

That is true. I filed in March and already have my case approved. Also form SRC.  In our thread we have someone from Oklahoma who got approved last week. So I really hope you guys will be lucky and get a chance to squeeze through that madness. It really seems like officers are randomly stamping cases to reduce a workload before they go back to normal operations....

Tell us about it. When he went to get his first oregon drivers license they issued an 8yr one (standard length of time). Then a few weeks later we got this letter in the mail threatening to revoke driving priviledges, I was trying to figure out what the heck he had done to have that happen then read at the very end that due to a clerical error he had been issued an 8yr license but since he was on a restricted green card he could only get a one year.... but they wouldn't charge us to reissue

This was his 3rd license since we got here $10 each time.... (not including the reissue).
