  1. well excuse me..... did I just get an attitude from Mr. Rick at customer service.... he did not have his coffee this morning apparently..... But he did give me some information: He said to check the USCIS.gov website on June 4th to see if your local office is open because some have been damaged by the recent riots and may not be open on the 4th as planned. He also said that they are only making emergency appointments today and tomorrow (such as your employer wanting the ADIT stamp or proof ASAP), for everything else it can wait till the 4th or whenever the local office opens. Finally he said even to make an appointment the applicant has to be near the phone to answer questions (I am the wife and even though he has give permission several times, he has to be standing next to me each time). Oh what joy, hope you are
  2. Yes I did. I submitted it and when I tried to do it again a few days later it said it already had been submitted and I had to wait 30 days before doing it again. An interesting development though: on the general check status it says case received on April 22nd. But now on the myUSCIS account it says it was received April 27th, not sure why that one is suddenly different (it said April 22nd yesterday).
  3. I included the form for text and email alerts. Once the forms were received they sent me a text with a receipt number. Then you can check case status online. I have not received our paper NOA, seems like most people haven't. I also sent mine around your time and we never received anything about biometrics. I have emailed the lockbox support and sent in a request for notice not received online. So far nothing
  4. Thanks for the advice. I checked the website but it just says there is a grace period if the renewal falls within the emergency period. His expires in August so most likely won't be considered within that period. I am on hold with them now hoping to find out options ahead of time just in case. Will let you all know what i hear.... hold time is currently 27minutes..... lol
  5. Here is Oregon they only give my husband a 1 year drivers license with the restricted green card. In August it will be the 3rd time he has to get his drivers license. We are a little nervous because they always ask for his green card before proceeding, any idea on what we do when his green card is expired, we haven't got a receipt notice or a new green card and there is a chance that we haven't been able to make and appointment to get the stamp he needs??? He needs his drivers license for work. All so frustrating how many hoops we have to jump through Kathy and Dane
  6. Thanks Sarah Just sent the email to the lockbox and got an automated reply that it was received. I guess that is better than the first email where I got no reply at all.
  7. I just checked the status on the website and this was a response to the non-delivery enquiry I sent in on the website: As of May 22, 2020, your inquiry about a notice that you did not receive, referral number SR11432003192MSC, is currently not assigned for processing. Not sure what that means exactly. Just sent another email to the lockbox. Hopefully we all hear something soon.
  8. We sent our in on April 20th, received April 22, not NOA (receipt of notice) according to the website we are to call May 22nd. I called and they have no answer, just said email the lockbox. I have emailed and no reply. The customer service also said that he may have to have an appointment to get a stamp before his green card expires July 17th, but the offices are not open for appointments..... Hopefully they open soon and we are able to get an appointment next month. Anyone else in the same boat? Kathy and Dane
  9. Thank you for the reply. I hate to say that I am happy to hear others are in the same boat, but at least it does ease my stress level a bit. I spoke to a friend from Estonia who had to file the same forms back in 2017, she said she never received the NOA either and a month after her green card had actually expired she went into the office and got the extension stamp. She has had to do that 3 times now as the 10yr green card has never physically arrived. The ironic thing is we can apply for citizenship next July and most likely won't have the new green card before that.... THanks again for the support Kathy and Dane
  10. Hey all We applied for my husbands I-751, it was received on April 22nd and according to the USCIS website it says: On April 22, 2020, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxx, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by May 22, 2020, contact the USCIS Contact Center at www.uscis.gov/contactcenter. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. However, we never received the receipt of notice on and on May 22nd I called as instructed. The lady said that we would have to check online and follow instructions, I explained that is exactly what I did. She then said I could email the lockbox to have the letter resent (emailed but not reply yet). Finally when I pointed out that according to the USCIS website it is currently taking 14mths to process I-751 and yet we are only allowed to apply 90days before the expiration of the green card, she said we would need to make an appointment to have an adit stamp however they are not taking appointments right now. We have until July 17th. Has anyone else run into this or have any advice for us? Also does anyone know if there is a charge for the ADIT stamp and interview? Thanks all Kathy and Dane
