Not sure but I completed my ds-260 on January 23rd and then submitted my civil documents o  that same day. I then submitted financial documents on the 21st of February. I am from Jamaica also, so that could also be a reason too.

Hi that's great you got DQ'd on FIRST submission!

And it seems like they went with the DS-260 submission date not the financial docs date!  Hope so, because my doc submission as 7 Feb and financial stuff was 24 Feb.

IR-1/CR-1 Visa
Abu Dhabi Embassy

DQ: 2020-23-05

Scheduled interview date: 2021-11-01

Interview result: Approved

Looks like you filed for FB-2 Visa? …. Not sure what type of visa that is, but it's possible that the reason yours was done quicker. This thread is CR1/IR1

Yes I filed fb2 Visa. My dad petitioned for me but i dont think Visa type has anything to do with case reviews because whenever I call the nvc they're never specific about Visa type.

The US Department of State issued a suspension of all immigrant and nonimmigrant interviews at all US embassies indefinitely until further notice. I would hope that when they do start to schedule interviews, they should prioritize immigrant visas over nonimmigrant visas - but this is just a pipe dream.

Yes should be like that immigrant visa come first specially for spouse. For schdule interview at least one month before NVC let you know date of interview, why suspension.
