Event Description
Review Date : January 11, 2021
Embassy Review : My husband's interview was today and he was approved. He said it was straightforward, they asked for his civil papers originals (birth certificate, marriage certificate, 2 police certificates - one from UAE and one from Jordan) They asked how we met, who is the joint sponsor. He was in and out in less than 2 hours.

He arrived early at 7:20am and he was third in line. At 8am he went in and I got a call from him at 9:22am.

Additional questions he remembers:
Did you go to the US?
When was your date of marriage? Our marriage is 6 Feb 2018 , since it near 2 years the officer said they would 'upgrade' his visa which I think means CR-1 to IR-1.

I have submit my only one time still no review I’m submitted on last feb 1 on my spouse visa still no updates do you know what case they review no updates yet thanks

Hi, it takes 6-8 weeks for review once documents are submitted to the NVC. You can look on their page for NVC processing time as well for most up to date changes.

Hi Ana, yes my husband took evidence of our relationship. He took a photo album I put together but was not ask to present it. But it is still a good idea to bring!
